ICarly

Sam's Funhouse

It was Halloween night in Seattle. The sky was dark and clear, the stars were shining, and a light, cool breeze was blowing through the city.

Carly walked down the stairs into the living room, wearing a pink princess dress and a tiara in her hair.

Noticing this, Spencer jokingly, but lovingly said, "Hey Cinderella, late for the ball?"

"Very funny," Carly giggled. "I'm going to Sam's Halloween fun house."

"Sam's fun house?" asked Spencer. "...Are you sure that's safe?"

"Yeah," replied Carly. "Sam knows Freddie and I are coming. She won't kill me."

"Alright, have fun," permitted Spencer. "Be back by midnight."

"You know, you could come too," said Carly.

"Nah, I've already got plans," replied Spencer. "You have fun. Love you."

"Love you," replied Carly, picking up her windbreaker and going out the door.

Spencer then jumped onto the couch, grabbed the remote, and turned on the t.v., which greeted him with an uncut Tiny Toons marathon. Spencer laughed at the young toons' antics. "I love Halloween," the young man exclaimed.

Later, at the park where the Annual Halloween Bash was held, Carly and Freddie, who was dressed as a pirate (with an eye patch, a fake parrot on his shoulder, and a rounded plastic hook held in his left hand) walked up to a large purple circus tent with red stripes and a cardboard sign with "Sam Puckett's Haunted Funhouse" written on it with red paint on its front.

"I'm not sure about this," said Freddie, being familiar with Sam's violent and almost irrational behavior.

"Come on," replied Carly. "Sam's not a maniac."

Sam then walked out from behind the tent, wearing a primarily blue cheerleader outfit with thin white stripes on the waste line and red on the lower half of the top. "Hey guys," she said, sounding happier than usual.

"Wow Sam," said Carly, noticing Sam's attire. "I never thought I'd see you as a cheerleader."

"Yeah," added Freddie. " Unless you were framing someone at school."

Sam gave a brief, friendly laugh, then paused a minute. "Hey," she finally said. "Why don't you go inside?"

"You gonna cheer us on?" Carly joked, going into a cheer stance.

Freddie and Carly laughed, then walked into the tent.

Sam stood outside, watching her friends disappear into the dark fun house. The teen then gave a sad sigh.

Inside the funhouse, Carly and Freddie walked through a room filled with clown mannequins. The room was dimly lit, and the floor was dirty and had several sheets of toilet paper scattered on it.

"Creepy," declared Freddie, looking around the room.

"Sam did a good job," replied Carly, admiring the scenery.

"You know, Carly, if you get scared, I could hold your hand," offered Freddie, seeking romance.

Just then, a grizzly potato bag with an eyeless clown head on its top dropped in front of Freddie, causing him to scream.

Carly held back laughter. "Maybe you should hold my hand," she replied.

The two then continued walking trough the room.

Surprises are coming.
