Hi, my name is rikuandsorarokz! This is my very first FanFic story! Yayz! Im excited! Sorry if it is bad, after all it is my first one. This is only the first chapter. Chapter 1: The Shadow
"Hmm," Axel sighed as he looked down at his feet. He was sitting all alone on the bench in the middle of the foggy park. Axel was very handsome. He had very, very pale skin. His eyes were a bright deep blue that lit up even the darkest of nights. His skin shaped out the contours of his face, especially his cheek bones. He was gorgeous.
Axel hissed and winced as he felt the overwhelming pain in his mouth. Unbelievably, Axel was a vampire. He was a young vampire, only 16 years old. His fangs were just starting to come in, so he was in a great deal of pain. The pain should end soon because his fangs should fully come in in a few days. His whole family was vampires too, but he didn't know any other kids that were vampires. He longed to meet someone like him. Someone who could understand what he was going through. Someone who liked him for him.
Axel was startled as he looked up and saw a dark figure emerge from the shadows behind the trees. He noticed that it was starting to walk toward him. Axel panicked and started to run. What is happening? Who is this maniac? Axel thought this as he ran. He finally collapsed into the mud, breathless. He was exhausted. He noticed that the shadow had caught him and that there was nowhere to escape!
"What do you want from me?" asked Axel panting and gasping for air in terror.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to frighten you! Are you okay?" said a girl smiling down at Axel.
"I'm fine. Who are you?" asked Axel trying to get up.
"Oh, my name is Lexion. Here, let me help you up." She reached out her hand for Axel to grab.
"Thanks, but why were you chasing me?" Axel grabbed her hand and pulled himself up until he was stable on his feet.
"Well, I saw you sitting on the bench all alone, so I wanted to come and join you. When you started to run, I simply followed you to see if you were alright. I didn't know that I was the thing that scared you. I'm sorry."
"Oh no, it's ok. I over reacted. It's not your fault." Axel blushed every time he looked at Lexion. She was beautiful. She was everything that Axel dreamed of in a woman. She had long, beautiful, blonde hair that reached her lower back. Her eyes were bright blue like the ocean. She too was very pale, but Axel thought that it was probably just a coincidence.
"Okay, that's good. What is your name?"
"My name is Axel," he said with a little bit of a nervous stutter.
"Nice to meet you. I'm sorry that we had to meet under these circumstances." Lexion giggled as she spoke.
"Yeah well I'll see you around, I hope," said Axel with a shy smile.
"Yeah, I hope so too," smiled Lexion back. Axel and Lexion gave one final smile and walked away. Axel walked away with a big grin on his face. He had finally made a friend. The only thing he was worried about was how she would react when she found out his secret. Oh boy!
