I sat on the cold dirt ground and looked up at Disernia. Her stare was cold and heartless, showing no respect or mercy. She smirked and picked me up by the collar of my shirt. I didn't struggle.
"Listen, Hikari," she sneered, "You get me that Rod of Supernova, or you'll pay," she brought me closer to her face, and I could see her yellow teeth, "You get it and in two days meet me at Jhourada's Cloud."
She dropped me carelessly, leaving me to stare at her in disbelief. My silver Shoyru, Flyer, glided onto my shoulder gently, "Stupid Jhourada's daughter!" he mumbled, shaking one fist. He cussed under his breath as Disernia turned and flew away.
"What are we going to do now?" my little blue Kacheek whispered as she cuddled up to me in fear.
"I don't know Serenity," I answered slowly, "I don't know."
