Did You Get the Jam?
AN: I still haven't got any ideas for what can happen in Floaroma Town in The Rhythm of Life, so I'm gonna treat you to a little background info on Groudon and Kyogre. Ever wondered what sparked off that "cataclysmic battle" between both Legendaries? Well, you're about to find out.
It was just a regular day for Groudon and Kyogre. Groudon was causing an earthquake somewhere and Kyogre was making tsunamis just for something to do.
When Groudon got back to the underground lake inside a volcano where both Legendaries lived, a simple question started it.
"Did you get the jam?" Kyogre asked, swimming gracefully up to the red-hot rock which Groudon was currently basking on.
"I thought you were getting the jam?" Groudon rumbled, scratching his head and assuming a confused expression.
"Noob," Kyogre muttered as she swam to the whirlpool in the centre of her lake, and came through it as a human into Sunyshore City. She bought some Aguav berry jam, and promptly leapt off the pier into a whirlpool, where she turned back into her old self and swam to the surface of the lake. She came face-to-face with a towering fiery figure.
"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Groudon yelled, causing an earthquake somewhere around Viridian City.
"I've got the jam," Kyogre said, ignoring Groudon's insults and curses, setting the jam onto a rocky ledge just above the hot spring where they cooked their food, until Groudon said it.
"You stupid Politoed," Groudon said, making Kyogre suddenly rear up out of the water and roar in anger. She never usually got this mad, and Groudon suddenly remembered who had the type advantage. He squeaked.
"Eep!" he said, digging his way to the surface of the volcano, where Kyogre changed the lava into water and leapt out, firing a colossal hydro pump at him, which Groudon deflected by evaporating it with a massive fire blast attack. Kyogre snarled and went back into the water and created a typhoon, a gigantic towering tornado of water. Groudon saw it slowly coming towards him, and just before it hit him he saw Kyogre sitting below, grinning all over her fat face at Groudon's potential death. Groudon chucked a load of massive boulders at her, one hitting her on the head and knocking her out cold for a few seconds, just enough time for the typhoon to disappear, revealing none other than Rayquaza, Jirachi and Deoxys, all flying in the air above and looking angry. How dare those two elemental Pokemon fight? Didn't they know that it could cause a natural disaster if one got knocked out, or even died? With those thoughts in their heads, Deoxys restrained Groudon, Jirachi restrained Kyogre, and Rayquaza sang them both to sleep. The last thoughts in Groudon and Kyogre's minds before they blacked out were,
