Arthur's Mystery Lover
Chapter 1
Once again, Arthur was at his fathers anniversary party, he was bored as hell. No surprise there. He was stood by the bar talking to Gwen, he liked Gwen, she was pretty, nice, funny and available. But she was his best friend and he didn't want to ruin that.
"Arthur, merlin told me about Jess, dumping you, are you OK?" Gwen asked looking concerned. Damn merlin, he didn't need reminding about jess.
"yeah, I'm OK Are you and lance back together yet".
"yes, he came round yesterday and we made up". That's bad news by the way. Lance has been messing her about for 3 years now. He cheats on her every other night and if he's with Gwen he's beating her up.
I just smiled and said "that's good". Gwen started talking about something, so I pretended to listen.
Gwen was talking about Morgana's affair, when a beautiful blond woman walked in. she was wearing a knee length, backless black dress, and was easily the prettiest looking girl in the room. Arthur just stared. Suddenly Gwen stopped talking and followed Arthur's gaze. "Arthur go talk to her". He didn't move. Gwen sighed and grabbed Arthur by the hand, and pulled him over to her.
"hi I'm Gwen and, this is Arthur"
"Arthur Pendragon, Uther's son"
"yeah, that's me"
"hey, I'm Victoria Sims"
"you must be Richard Sims daughter?"
"that's right"
"Arthur I'm gonna go see your dad for a while, I'll see you later." and off Gwen went.
Arthur and Victoria talked for hours, and when it was time to leave, Arthur knew everything about her. He'd even started calling her Viki.
"so do you want to come to mine, for a drink?" Arthur asked Viki.
"sure"
