He waited until we turned to him and then some.

He asked her to come along because he trusted her almost as much as he trusts Yuna.

He asked me, because someone had to protect her.

"I have a request."

He needed a trusted friends help.

"It's a special mission. I can't ask Yuna. And if you want to help, you can't tell her."

Like one of Yuna's original Guardians. But not Yuna.

"It's pretty dangerous."

He didn't want to risk her life. Just in case.

"I'll understand if you don't agree to this. I won't be mad."

So he took me as back-up. In case the 'worst-case' happened to Rikku.

"We have to find something. Rikku, you used to dive for old Machina parts."

But...still...I feel that I could have done...something.

"It's a special sphere. We need to find it. It could help save the world again."

Me and him were never close. I didn't understand why he asked me...

"I feel...that I can trust you two."

...until it was to late.

"Tidus! No!"

I'm so sorry.

"No! Don't die! You can't die!"

I didn't mean for this to happen.

"What will happen to Yuna?!"

Well? Kinda confusing, huh? Yeah. It's just a bunch of future quotes from the fic. Except the thoughts. That's Gippal relfecting. Yeah.
