Author's Note: It's the first one-shot I've ever written. It's obviously Tom/Hermione, though I don't mention their names. Hope you enjoy.

Wrong And Right
The first time you see him, you think that 'beauty is only skin deep' has never been so true.
In the first month you observe him and are disgusted at the fact that he fools everyone with his façade.
In the second month you greet him with a polite nod when you pass in the hallways. His behaviour doesn't disgust you anymore.
In the third month you start having conversations with him in the library. And you try to convince yourself that it's only because you need a stimulating conversation with someone intelligent.
In the fourth month your ideals feel a little too naïve and childish and his feel like a little less wrong. He kisses you and you feel guilty because you liked his lips on your own a little too much.
In the fifth month you know you like him and you cry because you know that you could never be with him. Harry and Ron won't stop asking you what's wrong, but you feed them lies, that the mission has stressed you out.
In the sixth month you know you are doomed when you realize that you love him and you'll never stop, because you'll never feel like that with anyone but him. His ideals feel like a lot less wrong now.
In the seventh month you ask him if he feels something for you and he answers that even though he is incapable of love, he cares about you a great deal more than he has ever cared about anyone in his whole life. It stings a little, because the one you love will never love you back, but you're elated that he doesn't use you only for his own amusement.
In the eighth month he steals your innocence forever and you don't regret anything, because you only feel pleasure and joy.
In the ninth month Harry and Ron return to the future and even though they plead with you, you refuse to go with them.
And after all these years, you stand by him and watch as he murders your best friends, because while you know that being with him is wrong, it just feels so, so right.
So, how did you like it? Please review!
