Hey guys Sniper49 here with my first story about Sly and Carmelita's relationship. I'm gonna get into that in the future but right now I'm gonna start it off with the classic chases around Paris and how the two can't be together. Anyways let's get into the story.———————————————————————
It was a dark night in Paris France as a certain Raccoon was sitting atop a rooftop, having gotten away with yet another robbery. This raccoon went by the name of Sly Cooper. He had just stolen the Ruby of the one eyed Collosus, a jewel that had been brought in from Eastern Asia. When he got to the roof, his favourite inspector showed up for another arrest attempt.
"Ringtail, how'd I know you'd go for the ruby. Everyone back at the office said you were taking a vacation but I knew something was up".
He'd look at Carmelita with a slick grin on his face."Oh Inspector Carmelita Fox, looking as beautiful as always I see". He'd lean into his cane a bit as she scoffed his comment off like nothing.
"Your under arrest for stealing the Ruby of the one eyed Colossus, you theiving raccoon". He'd chuckle a bit as it started to drizzle on top of them.
"How many times are you gonna try and catch me Carmelita, you never do, but I admire how determined you are to do so". He'd stay quiet for a few seconds as he turned 90 degrees to the left to look at the sun set.
"You know Carmelita, this sunset may be beautiful, but you look even better then any sunset in my book". He'd flash a smile at her while she was confused about what happened as he jumped off the roof and left for the safe house.
As Sly approached the safe house he came in through the door to see Bentley in his computer chatting with the mysterious "Black Baron". As he walked into the kitchen, Bentley started talking to him about the robbery.
"So Sly, you managed to get the Ruby of the one eyed Collosus?". Sly would look at his best friend as he wheeled into the kitchen. "I did manage to get it". He'd give it to Bentley. "I had another run in with Miss Carmelita Fox today, the sixth time in two-" "Days Sly I know" Bentley said as he cut him off. "That girl has some determination if she's still after you after how long have we known her now, 10 years?". Sly had wondered the same thing. "Yea, I'm not as surprised as you may be though".
He'd yawn as he walked out of the kitchen. "I'm heading to bed Bentley, I'll see ya tomorrow bud".
He'd say as he walked to his room seeing Murray beating his punching bag. "Night big guy" Sly would say closing his door. Little did he know he was being watched by a mysterious figure in the background.
