A.N.: I finally made a fanfic not involving with Triton and, it is my first story from Hotel Transylvania! Enjoy!
The night was silent except for a soft wind that blew through the translucent white curtains. All was calm, and not a sound stirred.
Suddenly, without warning, the squealing cry of a baby girl pierced in through the silence. A young woman, with hazel brown eyes, slowly entered a small room where the source of the crying came, her long black gown dragging along the floor. She approached a small crib with a red velvet canopy dripping around it. She peeked in, and she saw a tiny infant, crying as her legs curled up, crossing together. "Shhh, it's alright. Mommy's here," the lady said in her sweet, musical voice, scooping up the child in her arms. Then, a young man, with a black cape, entered the room. "Don't cry, little Mavis," he said in his foreign accent, looking down at his little girl. She opened her eyes, revealing a glimmer of ivory and blue. They laughed with her tiny giggles as she curled up in her mother's arms. "She has your eyes," the lady said with a smile, letting the baby play with her long, delicate fingers. "And she has your smile," he commented, hugging her and his baby.
The child then made stretching motions at her father, cooing amusingly. Her mother placed the child in his arms, letting his hands support her. He commented, "She is so tiny, isn't she?" The long slender male nuzzled his little girl's forehead and gave her a kiss. Then he and his wife sang a little lullaby they made up, causing the girl's big blue eyes to droop. Finally, as the couple reached their last verse, the child gave a small yawn and slept. The man placed her in her crib and, with his wife, said, "Goodnight, little Mavis."
A.N: I really loved that movie, and I hope you enjoyed!
