Alfred laughed, "Dude, all we need is a giant hero robot!"
"Alfred, that won't work!" England exclaimed, exasperated, than returned to fighting a certain Frenchman.
"Well if y'all're so sure," Alfred challenged, "I'd like to hear a better idea, 'cause so far, I ain't heard no better solutions,"
All the nation's stopped what they were doing almost instantly, turning to stare at Alfred, who had spoken in a smooth southern drawl.
France moved towards the American, "Onhonhonhonhon~ what have you done with your voice, Amerique~"
"You keep your hands off of him, you frog," England shouted.
America heard a giggle. Elizaveta and Kiku were speaking in hushed tones, and Hungary was writing furiously on a notepad.
"Lilli," Switzerland said abruptly, "We're leaving."
"Why?" asked Liechtenstein.
"I'll tell you later," Switzerland told her, pulling his younger sister out of the meeting room with him.
"Er... folks?" Alfred asked, confused at the strange reactions.
Several of the nations were now blushing or speaking in hushed tones. America scanned the room, puzzled. He looked to Germany for help.
"Meeting adjourned," Ludwig blurted out.
The nations filtered out, Alfred being the first to leave.
What had gotten into them all?
