Prologue
For as long as humanity has been around there has always been good and evil; two forces that, until the day time ends, will continue their unending conflict.
While at times good and evil has been kept in a delicate balance, with those on the side of evil remaining hidden waiting to act on their desires, but for the most part, don't; every so often they make their presence known to the world, and when they do those on the side of good willing to fight for it take action.
For generations a line of Xiaolin dragons has always been ready to face evil when it shows up. There were four dragons originally. Omi, the dragon of water; Kimiko, the dragon of fire; Raimundo, the dragon of wind and Clay, the dragon of earth. Together they set out across world in order to find the Shen Gong Wu, objects with magical powers, and keep them from falling into the hands of the Heylin side. Though still dragons in training, they fought together; and through hardship, despair and betrayal they stuck together and triumphed over the odds. They grew close to one another, shared their stories and formed a powerful friendship.
After some time had passed a new monk joined them; Ping Pong, the dragon of wood. Though he was new to the challenges of being a Xiaolin dragon, he proved that he was capable of handling them, and so, a new ally and a new friend was gained.
Now there are five but its not going to remain like that for long. Three elements still remain, metal, light, and darkness. They may be separated from each other by different parts of the world but not for long for faith has determined that all of their paths should cross, and now one already has.
The fight for the faith of the world is about to begin.
Sorry for it being so short, I promise future chapters will be better and longer. Also I should mention that this story will contain certain aspects from Chronicles but will be set after season 3 of showdown.
