For a long time now, I've wanted to see more stories involve Super Mutants in the Fallout universe. If I had the time, I would write such a story myself. But as it is, I barely have time to read the content on FFnet, much less publish a piece of writing. So I am asking all the people who view this challenge fic to at least consider my idea. Besides, I'm sure that there are other people out there who can write better than I can.
So, here's my sale pitch. The Super Mutants have taken over the earth under the Master and they fixed the sterility problem. Sometime after the Super Mutants take over earth, they encounter the Mass Effect races. What would happen? Would the Council react negatively to these blatant violations of their Council law? Or would they be tolerant of this new race?
I am giving credit to both of my favorite fallout stories for this idea, "From the Ashes" by erttheking and the "Modus Operandi" trilogy by commandocucumber. If you haven't read either of these stories, you need to check them out. Of course, if you are already in this category, you've probably already read "From the Ashes" already.
