The Siblyl system was the ruler of the new world. It chose its figureheads leading everyone into a false freedom but for every tyrant, there was always a rebel. (Watch Dogs x Psycho-Pass xover)

To live is not merely to breathe, it is to act.

But to act it would mean going against the gods themselves.

THE SIBLYL SYSTEM

Invented and integrated in the 22nd Century to work alongside the government in order to monitor the Psycho-Pass AKA stress level of each and every individual along with their Crime Coefficient AKA threat level.

THE LITTLE BROTHER

The Siblyl system itself cannot fully judge either Psycho-Pass or Crime Coefficient of any individual. It can only process and give out judgement not collect the data.

In order to collect this data a sub-system was deemed needed by the Sibyl System.

CtOS was born.

It monitored everyone and everything. From street cameras to phones it recorded your every action, your personal information, accounts and everything else.

Nobody was safe.

No one was hidden.

And through this Siblyl made its judgment.

It decided the future.

It made society safe, maintaining that status for years.

Just like a how a puppeteer maintains it puppets.

It became God of the new world.

But every God needed its Devil.

If Siblyl was God.
