Or was this a hallucination? Are my eyes deceiving me once more? The blood poured from the ceilings. The walls were closing in on me. The room was spinning. Snakes coiled around my arms and legs. They slithered their way to my face hissing in my ear. "Do you want this to end? " over and over. I never answered , for snakes where cunning creatures. I learned that the hard way. But I did want it to end. The more they hissed the more I wanted to say 'Yes'. Like it was casting a spell on me. Each time the hissed in my ear. Eventually I gave in. The snake grinned and transformed into the witch Medusa. Should have guessed she'd be the one causing this! My soul wavelength crackled in my hands the moment I laid eyes on her and with no thought at all swung at her. My arm went through her. She smirked at me placing one hand on her hip and the other in my face. "Nuh-uh-uh~" she waved her finger at me. "Not so fast Stein, I'm going to help you remember?" "Like hell you are!" I growled as my soul wavelength read in my hand once more. "Stein, I want to help you. " she hummed as she swiftly moved behind me and began to turn my screw. "Let me guide you" I gave a defeated sigh. She was known for lieing to people and manipulating them but I was in need of a way to stop all these hallucinations "Very well ,but none of your tricks I won't fall for them." She gave me a sly smirk as she moved in front of me. "We will see. " I followed her as she led me through out my lab. She stopped at a cabinet that had a sign on it that read : 'incompleted eye drops experiments' Opened it up and grabbed a test tube that had if (you couldn't guess) an incompleted eye drop experiment. She then grabbed an eye dropper and filled it with the 'drops.' "Put these in your eyes." "What? That's an experiment that I haven't completed yet. I don't know what it'll do to my eyes!" I exclaimed knowing this was a trick. "It's fine Stein. This will get rid of your hallucinations. here allow me to prove it to you. " she put a few drops in her eyes, blinked a few times then looked over to me again. "im just fine I can see you. " she smirked Unsure on whether or not I should trust the cunning snake witch I tested her by asking her to read things and she passed each test not even squinting as if the eye drops improved her vision. I exhaled. I guess it was worth a shot. I'll see if it works or not. She handed me the eye dropper and I placed them in my eyes. Soon darkness took over my sight. But the walls where no longer closing in on me. And blood was no longer on the ceiling. I was so grateful for that I didn't realised that the witch was gone along my other hallucinations. And my sight.
