Chapter one: inner loneliness

My boots fade, the edges swarming inwards. The slight clatters whisper through the night, I shove thoughts into the ground as I steadily pace forward. Alone. Unsure in my own thoughts. Kanin's broad shoulders and confident structure strides ahead, Jackal to my surprise silently gazing ahead I'm unable to trace his thoughts.

After multiple days, we continue the endless trail.

"Blood" I whisper I breath slowly, the sweet strong scent whisks through me. I feel alive, yet somehow I know this isn't right. so much blood, to much. It seems as though there was a war. "What's all this blood, did someone get hungry?" Jackal sarcastically remarked, his grin creeped the edges of his lips. His glowing eyes gleamed. "oh just fucking shut it!" I screech "what sis, I'm not wrong." His stupid 'baby eyes' stare at me. I ignore his stupidity and shove my hands in my pockets, the leather encloses my hands like thick blankets. ιf ι ωєяє нυмαи ι ωσυℓ∂'νє иєє∂є∂ тнιѕ, I thought. I'm nσt humαn αnчmσrє.

I stop my mind from wandering any further, unveiling any deep secrets locked in darkness. I can hardly try not to remember now, the person that Filled my life. The way he bravely faced me, acknowledged the monster. How he... Stop, Allison your going to far, I lock away my humanity. I shove it to a dark cage.

Finally silence laces my body, we edge closer and closer to the scent. I clench my fists unable to control my body, gritty blood oozes from my palms. I keep going, ignoring the slight glassy sharpness that Pericles through my body. My feet scurry towards the now evident fluid that used to run through the veins of innocents. Drained. "Oh my god," the smell punches me.. My boots stain with the red liquid, something else. It's not just blood, I didn't notice it before but now it's distinct.
