Her soft cheeks blushed lightly in the gentle breeze. Oh how he loved her. She was perfect, a writer.
"Hannibal!" she called, running to catch up with his young, nimble body. "Where are we going now?" she asked with a hint of exasperation.
"Flure, I told you." He said looking back at her. Her eyebrows creased as she strained to remember what he had said to her that morning. He could see the worry on her face. "Beunruhigen Sie Liebling nicht. Don't worry darling." He said calmly with his soothing smile.
"All I remember you telling me, was that we were going on a hike. Now we are in the middle of no where and I'm hungry." She realized she was whining but she couldn't help it. She had been treated as a child all her life. That was until she met Hannibal.
"Didn't I tell you?" he asked with a different smile, one she had never seen. It was a lazy smile, as though he was trying not to look to happy. Like he was about to do something that was to give him great pleasure, but didn't want to give it away. "We are going to have a picnic." He licked his lips slowly.
"But you haven't brought a blanket, or food." She said starting to get frightened.
"Not to worry. Ah, here's the perfect spot." He bent down where a large group of dry leaved here piled. He swung the backpack off his back in one quick motion. "Now my sweet, come sit with me." He turned enough to see that he was smiling again. This was his beautiful smile, the one he used to bring in his prey. The one that the one he hunted found luring, and innocent. She sat next to him gingerly. He had been so odd since the wedding.
"Now, how do you feel about joue fillet?" he asked as he came at his new wife with a large butchers knife.
