After the party is over, Troy is heading home in his old car when suddenly a truck hit him, the local citizen and call the ambulance, one of the local citizen reconize Troy face and immediatly call Troy's parents, both of Troy's parents have tears on their face and immediatly go to the hospital.In the hospital, Troy's parents saw Troy's body laying in the bed and the doctor say to Troy parents that Troy needs to have a surgery to save Troy's life then the doctor give a paper of permition from Troy's parents for approving the surgery, then Troy's parents sign the paper then the surgery begun.
At the operactic room, they started to remove Troy's broken bones and replace it but the replacement bones are too small so they change Troy's bones by that Troy becomes short, and when they check the Troy's manhood, the manhood is broken so they change it to a womanhood. After the surgery, the parents look at Troy and see a 14 years old girl and they argue with the doctor why their 18 years old son becomes a 14 years old girl, the doctor say's that Troy's Bones are broken and need to replace but unfortunately all of our stock of bones are only for kids so we use those bones and the manhood of your son is broken so we have to change it to a woman hood, with by that Troy's parents can't argue anymore just cry that they have lost their son into a daughter, then Troy's wakes up and see a reflection on the mirror that he has become a 14 years old girl he screams and his/her parents heard it and come to Troy, Troy was confused why he was a girl so his/her parents explain and after they explain the doctor have a paper a identity paper to change the name and birth date of Troy, then they decided to change Troy's name into Tracy and her birth date to third of April 1994, and Tracy is born to this world.
After they went home, Tracy's mom take her to the mall to buy a girly girl's clothes and make up kit and after the mall Tracy's dad make a excuse that Troy is send to a boy's school and his little sister went back from private school, then Tracy's dad got promoted that he has a new job still as a coach at west High and next to west High is west middle school, tomorrow they move and start a new life. Now Tracy's enjoy become a girl and become the captain of the Cheerleader of the eagles and become the popular kids with a diva attitude and a girly attitude and she has a boyfriend name George and her ex, Gabriella become her bff but she forget that she used to be Troy Bolton, she could only remember that she was born as a girl and always love to call her parents "mommy" and "daddy" and always love her boyfriend, THE END.
