"Stay on your leash Comet," Stephanie said.
They walked into the shoe store and Stephanie sat down to try on some shoes. She brought Comet in on a leash and he couldn't try to get away. She sat down to try on some shoes.
"I need some new shoes," Stephanie said to Comet. "My shoes are old and wore out."
Comet looked around and then he saw something awesome!
He ran away as fast as he could.
"Comet get back here!"
The next thing Stephanie knew, Comet was wearing some red sneakers. He had four shoes, one on each paw.
"Put those back dang it," Stephanie spat.
Comet ran, he could run faster than ever in those things!
"Where's your leash?"
Stephanie picked out a pair of shoes for herself and went up to the counter to buy them.
"I want these shoes, and oh fine these shoes for Comet too," she said.
"Oh!" the man at the counter screamed. "These are the best shoes we have in this place! You are a lucky for these shoes because they are very rare."
"Yeah whatever hurry up," Stephanie said.
She left with Comet and the shoes but she forgot to pay for them.
"Check this out!" Stephanie said when she got home but no one payed any attention. They were to busy watching Comet run around in his new shoes.
"This is amazing!" DJ said she was astonished.
"I have never seen anything like it," said Danny.
"Comet is rocket dog!" Michelle cried.
Comet flew through the house on those shoes, he ran so fast! He ran in and out of every room and he jumped and he ran on the ceiling and he ran on the fence and he ran around the neighborhood and downtown and heck he could of ran to the moon if he felt like it!!
"Slow down Comet!" Jesse yelled.
But something happened! Comet couldn't stop running! He barked in frustration.
"Stop him!" Stephanie shouted loud.
"I will do this okay," said aunt Becky. She ran to catch Comet but he was so fast she couldn't catch him! It took an hour but she caught him and took his shoes off. Finally he stopped running and he was very grateful.
"Take these shoes back right now," said Joey.
Stephanie asked Comet if he wanted to come back to the store to return the shoes. He said he never wanted any shoes anymore!
Stephanie went back to the shop and saw that man again. "Let me return these shoes."
"Pay for them first!" the man yelled.
