A short drabble that seemed to formulate in my brain, just as I was falling asleep.
Oh. I am not a KanaYuu fan. At all.
She walked away. She walked away from the only man who could ever love her. She left the man who had devoted his life to her safety and protection standing in the dust, shunning him into the dark shadows of her memories. She left the single man who had been there with her every step of the way, cold and alone. He had always stuck by her, and she deserted him. She was ashamed of him, scared of him, and ultimately disgusted with him. She didn't understand that what he had proposed was normal. That it was accepted in their community, it wasn't considered wrong or erroneous. This proposal wasn't frowned upon. She didn't know it was okay to love her brother. She just didn't understand.
