A/N: Just a little thought. May do more if I get enough reviews.
Disclaimer: I own nothing of Fruits Basket.
Tohru made the single biggest mistake of her life. She was so naïve to the world of the Sohmas. She brought home… dog treats.
Shigure was all over her the second she was in the door, much like he would've been had he been in his zodiac form. "Tohruuuuu, do I smell dog biscuits?"
"Why yes, Shigure," she replied sweetly, brushing past him and pushing her way into the kitchen, oblivious to his wanting off the delicious treats made for canines. "I got them for the dogs down the road that don't have homes." She gave him a smile and put down the sacks of groceries on the table.
The Sohma man's jaw dropped and he stopped following her for a moment before quickly picking up his pace again and catching up to her with a big grin plastered across his face. He was desperate.
Shigure had a love of dog treats.
Maybe it was more than a love. Maybe it was a slight craving or obsession. That was why he could never go to the store anymore. He couldn't restrain himself when it came to those sweet treats for his distant relatives.
Tohru began to place the groceries into their proper places; at the same time, whenever she wasn't looking, Shigure was silently snooping through the groceries. He dug through the bags without making a single sound until he found the box. With it clutched in his hungry hands, he stole away into his room, vanishing.
"Alright, Shigure, would you like to come with me to take the treats to the-" The small girl turned to find that the man of the house was gone. And so were the dog biscuits. "-poor… homeless… dogs…"
Kyo poked his head into the kitchen. "Did I hear you say something about dog treats?"
Tohru nodded. "I bought some so I could give them to the-"
"THAT'S LIKE GIVING SHIGURE DRUGS, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?"
"-poor… homeless… dogs…" Tohru was finding that she couldn't hardly finish a sentence.
Kyo was gone, running to take the dog drugs away from the dog before he lost his mind to the sweet canine goodness all packed into little bone-shaped pieces.
A/N: I like it. I could do the others too, but only if you review!
