Thrall switched the rate of fire on his bolter to a burst then leaned out of cover and looked down it's sight waiting for one of the Eldar to show their cone shaped helmets, only to hear the electric zap of their Warp Spider's interdimensional teleport system coming from behind him. Wheeling around he pulled his chainsword from its place on his hip, squeezing the trigger immediately and hearing the hum as its teeth gnawed through the air impatiently waiting to taste blood. As if on signal the spider appeared, firing its death spinner, instinctively Thrall rolled to his right; dodging the cloud of razor wire. On one knee he fired his bolter up at the Eldar, watching as his shells collided with the walls behind it and it moved to another location. The static hum sounded only feet behind him and with lightning speed he dove swinging his chainsword where he expected it to be waiting; rewarded by the sound of metal on metal then screaming in a language he didn't know or care to understand. Pulling his blade free he took cover again, the same electric sound came once more, and then another and two more, Thrall checked his radar picking up signatures all around him. One directly before him, the second on his right with the last two on the far left, shaking his head he cursed out loud with not many options left he dove to the left hiding behind a fallen slab of rockcrete and fired in the direction of where the radar showed the spiders. Pieces of the rockcrete exploded into dust as their monofilament wire ammunition tore away at its layers. There was a low hum then a flash as all the teleporting warriors appeared around him less than 10 feet away. Thrall began to laugh as he reveled in their arrogance, thinking they at all could defeat him in close range combat, raising his bolter he fired three rounds into the first one he saw, not stopping to make sure it fell dead, he ducked to the right leaving his bolter behind rising before his victim, the warp spider hesitated and was given his reward for it. Taking hold of its throat with his free hand, Thrall turned around holding the asphyxiating Eldar's body up as cover and began to charge the other two. His hostage's choking sounds turned to screams as its former allies fired into its back to try and stop Thrall from reaching them. Throwing the Eldar's mutilated body onto the ground, he skirted left then dove forward spearing one of them off its feet, straddling the Eldar's chest he swung his chainsword to the right slicing the other's legs apart then impaled it through the chest, laughing uncontrollably again Thrall started pounding his gauntleted fists into the helmeted face of the Eldar he was on top of until he had smashed his way through the mesh plates and could see bits of its crushed features and hear the gurgled whimpers as it drowned on its blood.
