Author' Note: Well...Hello, there. Long time no see, am I right? Yeah, sorry guys for doing what, I promised I'd never do, but you know sometimes...life can pull some surprises and unexpected...events let's say. Well, let's get down to a few things first. This is my own Story Universe which I have created, with big inspirations, but it is my own creation, so you probably saw that I've chosen the category of "Movies/Avengers" you ask yourself, why is that?

Well, there are no General Superhero Categories, so I've chosen the closest thing which resembles my own story and that is the Avengers, aka MCU Franchise and to some extent, it does resemble it. But make no mistake for this might have some inspirations taken from the Avengers, this is my own story told by me. There are different characters, many different characters actually, and alien species and all of that Jazz. Also, you've probably noticed, "Fantasy/Romance"

What's up with that? Well, the Story does center around two characters called Bruce and Katrina which will eventually fall in love and live a long romantic relationship, don't worry though, it will be kept PG-13..if anything PG-13+ but we'll see but don't worry I got it covered. While the Fantasy is supposed to cover everything actioned packed, thriller all of that good Jazz we love about the Superhero Movies, Comics and so on.

So I really hope you enjoy my very first! unique own story and I think I am here to stay so yeah...I am back, so constructive criticism is appreciated and without further ado, please, enjoy the so-called Infinity Requiem' Fist Chapter called - The Light Knight: The Hidden One!

Light Knight: The Hidden One

Chapter One: Beginning of a Journey

Antipatros, the Grandmaster of the Assassins in America, who had his signature blue robes with brown and white hints on followed by his mask which was placed on the table nearby his armchair which was silver with a blue visor. He was standing over his window inside the Assassin's Brotherhood HQ located in New York City, appreciating the view as he looked through the window, he thought aloud.

"Where could Bruce be?" he asked with his old and booming wise voice. "Wherever you are, stay true to our ways and become a far better Assassin, no, a person then I could have ever become," he said as he saw an Eagle making some calling sounds as it flew through the City' Blocks. The Eagle made its long journey towards Los Angeles, as the Eagle arrived, it then spotted Jonathan Bruce Morgan, the so-called heir to Antipatros, a secret arrogant billionaire playboy.

He wore his Assassin suit, which was a hybrid between robes with mechanical armor around his biceps, forearms, upper legs, all the way to the bottom of them with red accents throughout with his hoodie up and on his chest in the center was the Assassin's logo and on his utility belt also. He was on top of a very tall building resting near the edge, fearing not if he might fall as he smoked a cigar and the smoke caused by the cigar was caught by the wind and spread it across the air.

He takes a breath and breathes the air and exhales it back out. "I wonder, will this be another boring day, like the usual?" he said. He then sighs. "I hope I can get some fun today," he said, smirking. Bruce stood up and took his cigar out of his mouth for a second and smirked he placed it onto his mouth again and breath the nicotine inside and closed his eyes, the only thing he could hear was the sounding calls of the Eagle.

He lets himself fall off the edge and performs a Leap of Faith, he opened his eyes as he saw himself falling, thankfully there was a cart full with haystacks preventing him from dying and go splash across the road. Bruce landed in the cart of haystacks, he then jumped out and landed on his feet. He placed his hand inside his pockets and began walking through the City wondering what kind of surprises it might hold today.

Nearby, a dressed man was wandering the alleyways of Los Angeles. He knew that this was the most crime-ridden area of the city, and he was looking for some crimes (And maybe a few faces as well) to bust. The man tapped his cane on the ground, making a distinct clicking sound as he walked. Bruce with his hoodie over his head, covering most of his faces in the darkness. Only his nose, mouth, and cigar and smoke caused by it could be seen. Perhaps the dressed man could spot Bruce walking pass by through the alleyways of Los Angeles.

The man saw Bruce out of his peripheral vision and suddenly stopped dead in his tracks. He tightened his grip on the cane, prepared to defend himself if need be. "Who's there?!" he called out, studying the area around him. Bruce starts to walk into different directions to through off the Man. "Who's asking?" he asked, his voice echoing through the Alleyway.

"Uh...I don't really have an identity yet, but you should still take me seriously!" he declared. "What are you doing here?"

"Take you serious?" Bruce asked very cockily. He appeared behind the Man's back but he was distended about it, he lay beside a wall with his arms folded."Certainly, that's none of your business." he answered.

"Well, I just need to know whether or not I should sock you and turn you into the authorities." The man nonchalantly responded to Bruce.

"Trust me, you don't have to," he responded. "I'm one of the good guys, I guess."

"Okay..." The man said, his eyes slightly narrowing with suspicion. "So, are you just patrolling the area?" he asked Bruce.

"Maybe," he said. "Looking forward as to what kind of surprises this day has to offer." he shrugged.

"Who knows? Maybe a group of heroes and a giant robot will appear and attack me." The man joked, laughing at how absurd the thought was.

"...right," Bruce said. "Let's hope that it will not happen. After all, anything is possible."

The man chuckled. "Anyways, we should probably be on the lookout for anything 'suspicious'." He said, slinking back into the shadows.

Bruce's left robotic eyes glow red and laminates from the darkness the hoodie created on his face and he smirked and his white teeth could be seen. "Aha, listen if there was anything suspicious I'd already know about it. But if you want I can give a scan on this sector with my Eagle Vision." Bruce suggested.

The man nodded. "Sure, go ahead. At least my job will be made easier."

"You call this a job, I call it a hobby," Bruce said activating his Eagle Vision, he's sight changed into a sixth sense vision and was looking around for any clues or suspicious stuff there might have been.

There would just so happen to be a giant robot nearby, attacking a woman, a cyborg, a man in a diver suit, a gladiator, and a dude in roller blades. "What are you seeing?" The man asked Bruce.

"The hell," he said as he looked deeper. "There is a robot attacking a woman, a cyborg, a man in a diver suit, a gladiator and a dude in roller blades, probably that's the suspicious stuff you are looking for, right?"

The Man nodded. "Let's head there."

"Try to keep up," Bruce said as he started to run towards them, the cavalry was on their way.

Bruce arrives soon at the place. "Alright here we are, time to save the day I guess," he said.

Berserker began to approach the pair, dragging his weapon on the ground behind him. Sparks flew as the weapon scraped against the pavement. "I don't think he likes me." The man nervously said to Bruce.

Bruce sighs tiredly not really in the mood dealing with Berserker. "You think?" he asks. "Find a place to hide, I got this," Bruce said as he folds his arms and continues smoking his cigar waiting for Berserker.

The man happily obliged, dashing away into a corner. Berserker grunted, continuing to approach Bruce. Bruce stood still, he was up to something. Berserker's back shifted slightly from the bullets' impact. The molten metal slid down over his armor. He turned around to face the robot and lunged at him with his claws. He did not appreciate being interrupted. The Cyborg blocked Berserker' claws with a formed shield, on the impact it caused for the Cyborg to stagger back and swings a blunt at Berserker' face.

Bruce saw this as an opportunity to approach Berserker and assassinate him. Berserker was unaware of Bruce behind him, completely immersed in his tantrum as he took the blunt to the face, and Berserker roared and grabbed the blunt and smashed it with his own hand.

"Let's get this finished with shall we?" he asked himself walking as he opened up his hands and sprayed them and activated his hidden blades, both of them were in there laser energy mode. Berserker shoved the Cyborg aside, slightly exhausted by his rampage. He turned to Bruce, not batting an eye at the wrist blades.

As Bruce approached Berserker, he quickly sends with his right wrist blade at the Berserker' lower body where normally a liver would be and with his left wrist blade go at his neck vein. The energy blades stabbed into his armor but made no damage. Instead, the energy from the blades flowed over his armor and was channeled into his warhammer-axe. This would all happen in the blink of an eye, and then the blades would be repelled and launch Bruce away. He had only managed to make Berserker angrier, he then roars loudly.

"...damn," Bruce said as in a blink of an eye he dodges the attacks and came in from Berserker's right flank and unleashed a powerful shockwave towards his chest right where his heart would be. The wind was knocked out of Berserker and he stumbled back, but the armor absorbed the energy of the shockwave.

Bruce grabbed his two hand cannons and began blasting at the Berserker, aiming for some of his leg joints and arm joints. He also activated his Eagle Vision to scan a possible weakness perhaps that might help him end this conflict. There didn't seem to be any invulnerability in Berserker's "armor". But the scan did manage to yield some interesting information: Berserker's body was coated in some sort of impenetrable armor, but it wasn't made from metal. There seemed to be an organic nature to the shell. He would also find that his armor could absorb all energy from projectiles, and then channel the energy through his weapon and blast it at a target. Perhaps this knowledge could be used to Bruce's advantage.

"So everything I do to you, you'd just absorb. So how do I stop an Enemy without fighting him?" he asked, starting to think. Bruce continued blasting perhaps he could use Berserker' weakness against him as he starts running into different directions and shoots at him. The blasts continued to strike Berserker, and large amounts of energy were sent into his weapon. He held it out towards Bruce, prepared to release a massive energy blast at him. Suddenly, the warhammer-axe began wobbling from the overwhelming amount of energy and erupted with a massive explosion which sent Berserker back, knocking him down on the ground.

Bruce approached the Man. "You can come out from hiding now," Bruce said to the Man.

The man slowly stepped out of the corner. "Uh...okay." He made sure the group was completely gone before completely revealing himself. "Well, whaddya know? A group of heroes and a giant robot." He said, looking down at the robot in the crater.

"No, no, no, no the question is what is this robot doing here and if anything else this thing needs to be brought to justice," Bruce said.

"Okay, we've really gotta do something. A highly successful toothbrush manufacturing company just went under." The man said to Bruce as he observed the stocks with his visor.

The Cyborg saw that Berserker was knocked out so it didn't pose a threat towards it anymore so it continued to create rampages through the alleyway.

"We need to find some sort of weakness and shut it down." The man said to Bruce.

"I know, I know," Bruce said. "I am working on it," he said, thinking of a plan to put a stop to the Cyborg.

Meanwhile, Katrina, a 21-year-old short girl, with bright green eyes and short brown hair followed by numerous tattoos on her body, all in the form of a network of lines that lead to her heart. They are very faint. When she uses her powers, the tattoos will glow a certain color based on the power she is using. Purple for sound, yellow for electricity, and blue for water.

Walking through the park quietly, enjoying the flora and nature. She found a bench and sat down. She pulled out a book and began to read. After 10 minutes pass, she hears the singing of a few birds, it was beautiful and pleasant to the ear, she looks up and smiles brightly and then continues reading her book. Little did she knew that a few blocks away Bruce was fighting against the Cyborg which fired hot plasma towards him as he then dodges, breaking through the wall, coming towards her.

Katrina stood up and put her book away when she saw the plasma blast. She tilted her head, confused, but started to run as it came towards her. She ran as fast as she could, but she tripped and the plasma washed over her, giving her several burns. She yelled out in pain, her powers activating subconsciously. Her tattoos glowed purple, and her voice was amplified. She then crawls on the ground in the vague direction of the destroyed building. She struggled to move as the ground grated against her many burns.

"Now that the robot is distracted, we need to figure out a way to bait it into attacking us so we can deflect the plasma blasts." The man said.

Bruce was dodging the Cyborg because with every throw it threw it was meant to be a death move. He snaps and says. "You think?" dodging an upcoming blade aimed for his head, as he rolled away and fired with his hand cannons which did little damage to its armor.

Katrina continued crawling. Her tattoos began to glow blue, and water rushed out of a nearby water source, carrying her out of the park. She walked out of the water and stumbled, falling onto the asphalt near Berserker and the others. The man shrugged to what Bruce said towards him but then looked down at Katrina. "Who are you?" He asked.

Katrina gasped out her name. "Ka-tri-na..."

"Where did you come from, strange girl?"

Katrina opened her mouth and closed it, suddenly shy. "T-the g-garden..." she answered quietly.

The man nodded slowly. "Need a hand?" offering his right hand to help her stand.

She nodded and shakingly grabbed his hand to which the Man slowly helped her stand up.

Katrina stood up shakily. She looked at Berserker, the broken walls, and Bruce fighting…

"What is he doing?" she thought. "He's gonna get himself killed...I need to help.."

But she hesitated, then nodded. She walked towards the shadow, her tattoos glowing yellow ever so faintly. She touched it, and a spark flashed where her fingers brushed the wall. The electricity shocked Berserker which caused him to come back into his normal form which was Reyes, a not that tall guy in a good normal physical fit shape, white skin, grey-ish curly hair with green eyes, he suddenly woke up as the electricity still surged through him, as it also hit the Cyborg which caused it to overload and send a shockwave knocking Bruce away ten feet as he hit the ground hard, he fell down, groaning in pain.

Katrina looked Berserker turning into Reyes and then at Bruce flying ten feet away from them. Reyes stood up and looked around him, he grabs his sword and immediately realizes what needs to be done but the man stops him.

"Hey what do you think, you are doing?" the Man asked, looking at him.

"Well, I can't let this Robot get away, now can I?" Reyes responded back.

"We need a plan." the Man said. "What you are doing it's not a plan."

"Maybe but till we have one, who knows who's gonna die today," Reyes stated.

"No!" the Man sternly said, grabbing him by the arm.

Reyes did not like that and he narrowed his eyes. "Let, me, go." he insisted.

The Man growled. "Not until we have a plan."

Reyes and the man were about to fight it out and they were ready for a civil battle between them but Katrina saw the two and stuck out her hands. A blast of electricity flew out and zapped in between the two fighting men. "Stop," she said quietly. "I don't like fighting."

As Reyes and the Man charged at each other, they were both zapped back by Katrina. "What the hell?!" Reyes growled.

Katrina looked at her hands and frowned, then glanced at Reyes. "We have other problems." She said, pointing at the robot, approaching Bruce. "And then you can talk it out after." She seemed surprised at her own words, and suddenly blushed and turned away, her shyness taking back over. Bruce came to himself back, and he shook his head and saw the Cyborg approaching. "Neat," he adds, standing up as the Cyborg shot an energy beam at him he dodges it but behind him, it hits a car which exploded and knocked him further towards the Cyborg to which it back slapped him 5 feet away.

Katrina stood back and said nothing at first, watching the battle unravel before her. Her tattoos glow bright yellow as she plants her hand on the robot and tries to overload its circuits with a massive electric pulse. The pulse staggered the Cyborg greatly back, away from causing any harm towards Bruce, as he lay on the ground.

Katrina gave another pulse but the Cyborg counter attacked it with a pulse of its own, it felt a disturbance, there was a man nearby it, it slapped the man called Caesar which had the ability to turn invisible and it knocked him out cold as he lay on the ground.

"Welp." The man said, dragging Caesar's body away from the fight. "Keep him safe. Try to get him some medical attention." He said to Bruce and Katrina. "Anyways, I gotta go. Have some errands to run. Maybe we can catch up later." The Man said.

Bruce stood up and faced the Man. "What, you gonna leave us alone?!" he asked.

"Yeah, you got this." the Man said, starting to walk away from them and then he leaped away, parkouring over the rooftops of the buildings until he disappeared. Katrina blasted a soundwave at it, the Cyborg slammed its shield on the ground blocking the soundwave. She then ran after the robot and tried to jump on it, her tattoos now glowing yellow. On the rooftop, there was a woman, with black, red and a few gold accents on the armor was running, with electric yellow hair, she jumped above them.

Katrina saw the mysterious woman. Her tattoos went dark as she stopped the flow of her powers. As she jumped and lashed onto the Cyborg, sensing her powers were stopped it grabs her and throw her away from it with great force. She was slammed onto the ground and weakly stands up and eyed the Cyborg warily. Her tattoos began to glow purple.

Bruce knew he needed to stop this Cyborg, if he didn't the whole city could be destroyed, Bruce ran to a nearby tall building and began climbing it up really fast thanks to his cybernetics, sooner or later Bruce reached the top and was preparing himself to make a leap of faith and in the jump stab the Cyborg.

"This thing seems to be unstoppable, but there must be a weakness, there is always a weakness," Bruce said as he crouched and activated his Eagle Vision to discover any weakness which might help him to at least make this Cyborg stop from causing Carnage. Due to the Cyborg being a different species of technology, Bruce's eagle vision wouldn't reveal much. The Cyborg was totally unlike his other targets in practically every way.

"Screw this," Bruce said. "Somethings you just need to take it by faith." he walked a few meters away from the ledge.

Bruce braises his foot on the ground and in a blink of an eye he moves faster than one could blink, he ran really fast and he jumped off the ledge performing a Leap of Faith and with great speed, he moved like bullet mid-air towards the Cyborg.

He unleashed his hidden laser blades sharper and hotter than ever, charging his gauntlet to activate a shockwave when the blades meet the Robot's armor or body. The blades would hit the armor and penetrate it causing extreme damage to the Cyborg, and the shockwave purged through with electricity throughout the Cyborg' body causing it to malfunction.

Bruce jumps off of the Cyborg and begins sidestepping and dodging a few cones of plasma as the Cyborg shot some at him, he used some debris to throw it at the direction of the plasma and started to run and use the shadows for his advantage.

The Cyborg lost his tracks in the shadows, but the Cyborg started to change its visions and eventually found Bruce hiding in the shadows and locates him, and it fired a few plasma blasts at him. Bruce started to run faster and decided to do some moves to through off the robot's aiming system and used his enhanced cybernetics to deliver a spartan kick to a car sending it flying with speed at the Cyborg.

The Cyborg would be knocked back by the car, it then fired a hot energy beam at him. Bruce would jump out of the way and hide in the shadows again were the Robot could not see him. The man appeared from the rooftops and conjured sand, making sure to fill the entire robot to the brim with sand, to the point where it would spill out of any openings inside the robot.

Bruce typed something really fast on his gauntlet and send a disrupting sound to cripple the Cyborg' systems and used his free hand to send a grappling hook on another building. He reached a middle tall building, Bruce took his pulse rifle parts and reattached them and started firing at it, destroying bits and chucks off of the Cyborg which was wobbling as it tried to walk towards them.

After the shots of Bruce dealt great damage to the Cyborg the Man started to freeze one by one the bits of small chunks of sand which froze into glass balls inside the robot. They began to melt and coat various internal surfaces of the machine, before solidifying into a glass. Eventually, all of the sand had melted into molten glass, then solidified, entombing the robot. Glass filled the entire robot's insides, and entombed the robot with glass outside of the being.

The Cyborg started to heat itself and eventually broke through the ice with an energy wave which went pass them. Reyes sees the Man and Bruce standing there not knowing what to do since the Cyborg broke loose."Don't keep standing here, you idiots! you're only gonna piss it off! We just need to get out of here now! We'll have a rematch later, I promise!" Reyes said, forcefully dragging them with words through the alleyways.

Bruce ran and jumped from a mid tall building landing on the ground. "You are not seriously saying we should cower behind, there must be a forsaken way to get this thing down!" Bruce said to Reyes.

"I am! At least for now! if not, that thing's gonna kill us!" Reyes said, pointing to the robot. "And I'm not really keen on dying right now, so I'd suggest that we find a temporary hideout and formulate a plan."

"We need to end this now, it must have a weak point. It must." Bruce said.

"Nothing inside or outside can be damaged." The Man said. "The best bet is to keep him contained as long as possible."

"I always hate running away from a fight," Bruce said.

"So do I. But I am tired of fighting anyway," Reyes said, looking over at the robot.

"Well I am not," Bruce said.

Reyes looked back at the robot. He found himself at a crossroads, one that would either lead him to a normal quiet life or a life of action. If he were to step back into the battlefield, then he would be in this for good. If he were to turn around and walk away, then he would live out the rest of his days in peace.

"It's now or never," Bruce said to Reyes.

Katrina stood a ways away. Her tattoos glowed blue, as water began to seep out of cracks in the street. Suddenly, the water pipes running under the street exploded, sending a cascading wave of water towards the Cyborg. Katrina's tattoos glowed even brighter as she used her powers. The Cyborg used the formed shield to block the water as it sends it back a few feet away as it blocked the wave of water.

"I have an idea!" Reyes called out to Bruce. "Try to lure the robot over to that construction site!"

"You sure this is going to work?" Bruce asked Reyes.

"I'm certain!" Reyes said.

"Well count me in." a female voice could be heard from above. It was the mysterious female holding a spear on her right hand leaning into it. "I can help you guys," she said, jumping off and landing in front of them.

"Well.." Bruce said, looking at her top to bottom. "You do look..ni-"

"Alright," Reyes said, cutting Bruce off.

"And just like that, we agreed to this thing?" Bruce asked, confused.

"Yeah," Reyes responded. "Just, like, that," he said. "Now let's finish this."

Eventually, the Cyborg would overpower the water and then it fires a hot beam of energy at Katrina which, thankfully was deflected by Shadya, the mysterious woman, with her spear as the energy hit the Cyborg burning its armor.

"Hello there!" she said, with a friendly tone.

"H-Hi.." Katrina stuttered.

"Okay, listen, we need to work together. "Shadya said as she channeled a wave of lighting towards the Cyborg which scourged its armor, even more, dealing heavy damage.

"O-Okay," she said, coming to the realization that it's now or never, she did her best and used her powers over the sound as her tattoos glowed purple and send off a wave of soundwaves which started to shatter the Cyborgs armor.

The Cyborg fired a stronger beam of laser which hit Katrina and injured her greatly as she flew back hitting the ground hard and Shadya ran towards the Cyborg and stabbed through its body but the Cyborg simple slapped her away with great force. Reyes then ran to the construction site and began waving at the Cyborg. "Hey! Over here! come and get me!"

Bruce ran and fired a few shots of concentrate lasers at the Cyborg. "Hey, ugly!" he calls. The Cyborg took the hits and then it started to approach them, Shadya followed it and started to swing the spear towards its neck impaling it through and throw the Cyborg towards them.

The Man revealed an amulet, one made from quartz. He phased the Cyborg, it fell through a large hole, patched over with wooden boards. The Cyborg fell down a pit as deep as the grand canyon. Shadya slammed her spear on the ground beneath them and a great lightning bolt which struck the Cyborg and eventually the overwhelming heat and power busted the Cyborg opened it was destroyed.

"Well that's a way to do it, and you wanted to cower behind, see if you did we wouldn't have achieved this victory," Bruce said to Reyes. Seeing that the fight was now over he detached his rifle into two pieces and holstered them onto his hips. He took his cigarette box and opened it and took one cigarette out and a lighter and puts it in his mouth and lights it and smokes, breathing it and exhaling it in the City' air.

"Now that's done, there's nothing for me to do here," The Man said, as he started to leave.

"You're right. Thank you for showing me my potential." Reyes said to Bruce. "Anyways, I need to do some exploring around this city and get to the bottom of why I'm here. I'll see you around." He said as he began to walk off.

Reyes then spotted Shadya and saw how she resembled an old "friend" of his. He thought of approaching her but decided that now might not be the best time. They might bump into each other later.

"Anytime," Bruce says snapping his fingers and does a hand/finger gun at Reyes.

Jade followed, smiling. "Seems like this should be fun. That white robot guy seems interesting." She laughed, it was Reyes' lovely girlfriend, she had dark blond hair, with brown eyes and white skin color. She wore her suit which was a black slick stealth suit with gadgets attached to it.

"Correction, milady I'm not a robot," Bruce said, winking, trying to hint at her.

"Yeah. It was weird that he could steal powers. I sure wouldn't want him assassinating me!" Reyes joked, approaching her, looking at her.

"If you play by the books then everything should be fine," Bruce affirmed, trying to get into the conversation.

"He reminded me of myself a bit. We should be fine as long as we don't get on his bad side." She told Reyes, totally ignoring Bruce.

Bruce' eyes widen. "This can't be happening.." he said, in disbelief. "This is not happening," he repeats.

Jeremy, Jade' best friend, leaned in, uncomfortably, towards Bruce.

"Hey as long as you obey the law we'll get along juuuuuust fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine~ buddy," Jeremy said.

"You don't know who I am now, do you?" Bruce asked.

"I don't need to in order to threaten you" he states. He poked him in his chest.

"Bad idea," Bruce said, taking it seriously he didn't like been threatened because he was an Assassin working in the shadows to serve the Light.

"Chill. I'm just a friend." Jeremy explained.

"Then act like one." Bruce arrogantly says. "Just so you know, I'm a hidden one and hair to Antipatros."

Meanwhile, in a remote Government building, a young good looking woman was lying in a hospital bed. She was greatly injured in her last mission. Despite her injuries, this woman was still in well enough condition to head the entire CIA. Her name was Laura Grey. In the dark room in which Laura lay, a news report was broadcasted on TV: It displayed footage of Berserker fighting a giant Cyborg, with the headline: NEW SIGHTING AFTER 40 YEARS. Laura jolted up in her bed, grabbing the remote and turning up the TV's volume to hear the report: "...This Monster, which people have dubbed 'Berserker', has not been seen or reported for the past 40 years. But it seems that he has mysteriously returned today, in time to fight this robot rampaging through the city…" Laura instantly summoned for one of her agents. It was time...

Back in the City of Heroes in the Assassin's Brotherhood HQ, Antipatros was relaxing on his armchair enjoying his life, as he took the remote control and opened the TV and saw the Broadcast. "...Dear God.." he said left in awe in a bad way seeing Bruce performing a very high leap of faith attack on the Cyborg. "..this has become even more interesting," Antipatros said.

"Look I could get you chucked in an underwater tin can where the only way out is dying or being sent to collect more prisoners and in all honesty, I don't care what being a hidden one or heir to Antipatros means provided you don't cross me. Drowning is a nasty way to go after all." Jeremy chuckled grimly to himself.

"I can cross anyone when and whenever I want," Bruce said taking this as a threat onto his life deploying a Hidden Blade. "Funny you call yourself a friend yet you're threatening me verbally, I'd watch my mouth if I were you. Or the last thing you would see is Amun guiding you through the afterlife for your final judgment."

A nervous-looking CIA agent entered the room. "Chris, it is time to initiate the plan from 40 years ago. You know the one." Laura gasped. "Y-you mean operation: Rampage?" Chris asked as he fumbled some documents that he held in his hand. "Exactly. Berserker is back, and now we can finally collect a sample for the project." Laura began to suit up, looking pleasing to Chris as he tried to look away.

"Operation: Gamemaster and Operation: Plague Doctor was a failure. You know why? It was because you can't control powerful forces, a lesson that I learned the hard way..." Laura said, examining her diamond ring. "But...I then realized that powerful forces could be created instead." She turned to Chris. "Do you still have that Alien body?" She asked.

"Skarpix? Yes, he is locked away in the vaults." Chris said.

"Then retrieve his body. It is time to create the death squad. And send your best agents to track down Berserker, whoever or wherever he may be." Chris nodded. "The Tech-X expo will also be premiering shortly, miss director." He said as he began to leave the room.

Christine lay back down. "This is something that I want to do..."

Bruce placed his hands in his pockets and started to walk away from the scene. "I've seen enough for one day," he said walking and smoking.

An Eagle was making calling sounds, and Bruce looked up and smiled and continued walking, hoping that this day would not get worse.

Caesar, now barely awake, begins hacking up words, "help-ack!-please!"

"Huh?" he said. He activated his Eagle Vision, he saw an injured Ceasar. He walked towards him. "Wonder when you appeared and got hit?" he asked himself. "Oh well, you ain't gonna wake up without some medical help." Bruce grabbed Ceasar and placed him on his shoulders and start walking towards a Hospital.

Before slipping back into unconsciousness, he's able to let outs weak "thank... you"

Bruce nods and takes Ceasar in a nearby hospital. "Just hold on there for a bit longer."

Katrina eventually woke up and saw that everything was sorted out, she stands up very weakly and tries to follow Reyes and the others at a distance. She was exhausted from using her powers so much, and frankly, was a little afraid of herself. She hadn't used that much power in a very, very long time.

Katrina felt for her backpack, then realized it had gotten vaporized. She remembered the plasma blast and looked down at her arms. They were still covered in burns.

The pain caught up to her, and she blacked out, falling to the ground with a thud.

The ambulance soon arrived at New Evo General. "What is the problem?" a nurse asked Bruce as Caesar's stretcher was pulled out of the vehicle.

"He's been injured, get him to good health," Bruce said, placing Caesar on the stretcher.

The nurse nodded, transporting Caesar into a hospital room. Bruce then walks off and lets the Nurse do her thing.

Bruce leaves the Hospital before he wanted to go an idea came to him. "Perhaps that guy wasn't the only one hurt in that fight, there could be others lying around here." Bruce walked through the Alleyway he looked around. "Doesn't look like much is here, but looks can be deceiving," Bruce said activating his Eagle Vision, investigating if there was anyone in need of help.

He then would see Katrina, lying on the ground near an alleyway, many burns covering her body.

Bruce approaches her, he throws his cigarette and stumps it. "This doesn't look good, wonder what happened to you," Bruce said, carefully trying to take Katrina and hold her on his arms for recurring her he glanced at her one might say he experienced love at first sight, he found her so beautiful...in fact, she was the most beautiful woman he has ever met. "Shame, a pretty face got burned, no worries I'll get you patched up real soon," he said, gazing at her beautiful face...
