Prologue
An ominous figure with thick spectacles stands in front of a swastika banner, raising his hand in salute as he begins his speech to his troops. His spectacles glow in the dim light.
"Gentlemen" he said "now ve vill move forvard with ze preparations for ze impending var, und ze var beyond zat, und ze von beyond zat, und the next..." but he was cut off mid sentence.
A dark shape moves up behind him; mixtures of red, black and silver reflected in the dimly lit room. Atop the thing's black dome head was a long, flexible shaft at the end of which was its vision lens that glowed white, two red coloured speech indicator lights, sat like glass ears on its head. It spoke in a robotic monotone voice "...and the next".
All red glowing eyes turned their attention to the strange new comer; puzzled looks, exclamations and gasps rang out from the troops below the two.
"Gentlemen; May I introduce; our new allies in ze oncoming var" he paused and let his mechanical counterpart silently glide beside him. It paned its robotic eye over all one thousand of the troops in just a few seconds, it then turned back to the man at the stand.
"Oh please; do introduce yourself; first meetings usually varrant introductions" the man smiled. The creature turned back to the troops "We are your sal-va-tion, we are your last hope of re-demp-tion; we are your last chance for to-tal vic-tory..." then a buzzing, wiring sound started and the machine creature rose into the air, an eerie blue light emanating from its fender.
"WE ARE THE DA-LEKS" it screamed stopping in mid air and raising its glittering silver claw up to head level in a salute to the troops.
The troops looked at one another and then saluted to the Dalek "HAIL DALEK" they shouted in unison.
The man took his seat and the black and red Dalek landed beside him "und so... it begins" he said with a wide smile on his chubby face.
