"I HATE YOU!"
Sabrina slammed her door so hard that the many pictures hanging on the wall shook.
Puck stared after her. "What did I do?" he called, weakly.
"You exist," someone said.
Puck turned. Jake stood there, grinning. "What?" he asked, staring at the older man. "Of course I exist!"
Jake laughed. "Yeah, but she's a teenage girl. You are a teenage boy. The fact that you exist drives her up the wall."
"Why?"
"Well," Jake conceded, "It's not so much that you exist. She just can't stand the fact that she likes you."
"What!"
"Of course. Briar was the same way."
Puck stared. "WHAT?"
"Don't tell her I told you, alright? Just…remember, whenever she says 'I hate you' it really means, 'I love you'."
o-O-o
"I HATE YOU!" Sabrina screamed, and raced up the stairs. Everyone flinched as her door slammed again.
However, only Jake was smiling at the look on Puck's face as he silently mouthed the words, "I hate you, too."
