Sally never knew how much she needed them. Until now. Aidan and Josh are so much more for her than just friends. They are her family. They laughed together, they fought together, they had seen the best and the worst parts of each other.
Aidan moves closer to stand beside her.
"Thanks for everything." Sally moves to look at Aidan. "I mean the whole witch thing and that I am back and that you and Josh followed me through that door even when you guys had no clue what lies behind."
Aidan smiles. That smile that could melt an iceberg in less than a second.
"You do stuff like that in a family."
Now it's Sally who smiles widely. Yes they have problems no other would understand. And hell yeah, they are not normal. But they are a family. And in the end that's what makes them all human.
