See your knife. Perfect. See it glide. Perfect. see it slice perfect.
He saw the scalpel. He saw it glide across the flesh. He saw it slice with keen incisions. He was the Repo Man. With dual personalities, came dual responsibilities.
Property of GeneCo.
The organ had read. But. Many things were GeneCo's - Rotti Largo's - property. Both Blind Mag and himself belonged to GeneCo in a sense. their souls bound to a sole document. Past mistakes. Many regrets.
No one cared.
It's a thankless job... Like a mop and a broom, no one wants a thankless job.
Plunk. The Repo Man placed the organ in a crimson cooler. Thsi job was thankless. No gratitude. No respect. It was dirty and ruthless. Yet, it had to be done. It may have brought him slight glee, but only the victims would see that. All for Shilo.
He had been betrayed.
By GeneCo. By Rotti. By Shilo. His own daughter. It caused him the agony of grief. His eyes shown with equal hatred and sorrow. A tension. A battle.
Tonight we are betrayed. Keep Shilo safe. Make Rotti pay! On Marni's grave...
It was all wrong.
He was supposed to keep her safe. Protect her. Keep her inside. Not out. Outside was merciless. Shilo was to be guarded like a precious gem. He couldn't afford to lose her like Marni. Rotti had to pay before he could inflict further damage. It was all Rotti's fault. Marni died... because... of himself. He could never forget. Always regret.
This was it.
Pain. Hatred. Sorrow. Regret. Fear. Warmth. Love.
I never knew I loved you so much.
It brought him ease. Shilo loved him. Marni was calling to him. His time was up. The days of repossession were over. There was nothing he could do. She looked so much like her... Everything faded.
This was the cost of being the Repo Man.
