Ikuto was walking down to the store when he found a girl sitting down on the street crying. He walked toward her, then the girl turned to face him. He noticed that the girl was crying. He sat next to her. The girl looked at him confused.
"Who are you?" She asked. He looked up at the sky.
"My name is Ikuto, what's yours?" She didn't look away. "Amu,"
"So why are you alone here...crying?" Her face turned red.
"Well my parents. They died," Tears fell from her eyes, then a sob came out. Ikuto eyes soften and he touched her on the shoulders.
"I don't think that your parents wanted you to be sad...I think they wanted you to be happy and live on," She looked at him and a smiled came on her face. Ikuto got and held out his hand. Amu looked at it and looked up. "Come on I want you to go somewhere with me,"
Amu didn't know what to do. She couldn't go with a complete stranger, but something inside her told her to take the hand. She took it. Ikuto took her to a amusement park.
"This is where I was with my parents before they died," She said. The memories folded her mind. "Why did you bring me here?"
"Cause I thought this might cheer you up a little. Go on and ride anything you want," Ikuto said. Amu looked at the rides and smiled.
"Only if you get on with me," Ikuto nodded. After they were done riding the rides they sat down on the sides walk, while they kept on laughing. Amu looked at Ikuto and she felt like she has been with him since she was a child. To her right now if he left she would fall to pieces. Ikuto felt something on his arm, and he saw Amu holding on tight to his arm.
"Is something wrong?" He asked. Amu couldn't say 'I want you to stay' she had to find another way to explain her action.
"I'm cold," She said. Ikuto smiled and he hugged her. She looked up at him and her eyes locked on his. Her body felt warm and it felt like she could stay in his arms and look at his eyes forever, cause when he looked at her in the eyes she felt like she was loved.
"I should walk you home," He said getting up. He didn't really wanted to leave but he had to. He couldn't stay with a girl who was younger than him, he knew that it was wrong. Amu didn't want to leave she wanted to stay with him and be with him forever, but she couldn't go against him. As they were walking, Amu wanted to thank him but she was to scared to do it. She didn't want to embarrass herself in front of him. Ikuto also wanted to tell her something, but he couldn't the age thing was getting in the way again.
"Ikuto...thank you and .....I want to keep seeing you..."Amu said hiding her face from him. Ikuto stopped walking and looked at her and smiled. "You're welcome and maybe you will see me more," Amu's heart started flattering in her chest.
A few years have pasted and Ikuto was leaving for America because his Father got a better job. At the plane station, Amu was crying and holding on to Ikuto.
"Why do you have to move? You are old enough to stay be yourself!" She shouted. Ikuto hugged her close and whispered into her ear. "I have to do this, so I can be smarter and I might become a better man,"
"You are already smart and you are a good man,"
"No, not for you. I still have to work to be in your level of a man, cause you deserve better," Amu eyes widen. Ikuto put down his luggage and bend down on one knee. Amu's heart started flattering like the first time the met.
"Amu will you marry me?" He asked. Amu smiled and hugged. "Of course!"
Amu was standing in the lobby waving good-bye to the plane that her future husband was on, wishing that their wedding day would get here fast.
