Chapter 1: The Infamous Teen
(BGM plays Mobb Deep- Streets Raised Me)
(Asar's POV)
It started out as a normal day in high school. My friends The Unadulterated Insane Basser Raizen, The Knowledgeable Raijin, and I were walking out of third period and headed to fourth period in the same speed and pace. We got there in under three minutes.
As we sat down in our seats my crush entered the door. I didn't say much, I was a quiet freshman 99% of the time. It was just that my ' I don't give a f-k' mentality consumed me and my soul that I was becoming coldhearted that everyone I hated I wasn't so…nice, or whatever, to them.
So as Raijin and Raizen sat in the two seats when my crush Diana, walked in. She was about to sit RIGHT next to me, until she saw this other guy that I don't like very much and went to go sit with him with a smile on her face. Soon as she sat down with him, I was heartbroken.
Raijin came up to sit with me, "Hey bro, are you alright?" Raijin asked concerned because I had my head down with my hoodie over my head. "No, you saw what happened, I can't believe she did that man." I said sadly and I shed a single tear. Raizen must have saw that and asked the teacher if he could sit with us. They talked to me as we were working on our classwork about the situation.
After 4th period we went to lunch, every day we met Shadow, Espio, Knuckles, Sonic, and Silver in the cafeteria. "Heeyyy!" They shouted out happily. Usually I would scream "Yoooooooo!" But since I was mad as hell, I didn't. We all greeted each other, then I sat at the end of the table next to Shadow. I was just quiet.
All of them noticed I was unusually quiet. "Hey Asar, are you alright?" Sonic asked concerned. Raijin and Raizen told them what happened, suddenly Shadow and everyone else excluding myself got up and walked to where Diana, Amy, Blaze, and Rouge were sitting. 'It's on now', I thought to myself. I saw my whole crew talk to them calmly, and Shadow was the ringleader! Then out of nowhere they looked at me, signaling me to come over there. 'Oh no', I thought to myself, but I got up went over to where my crew and Diana and her crew was, sat down, and didn't say a word.
"Yo Asar, Diana wants to ask you something", Knuckles said. She turned to around to me and asked a question that I couldn't answer at first, "Do you like me?" There was a long pause in the area, I was shook! The suspense in the room was so creepy that I felt rivers of sweat on my forehead. I finally got up and said "I don't know, think about last period." Then I walked away. Then my crew got up and walked behind me.
Espio walked up to me and said "Asar, that was brave of you to tell her your feelings, I'm proud of you". "She doesn't care watch, I bet the next time I see her, she's not going to say anything to me." I said. "You shouldn't speak so negatively bro, I always tell you, words cut deeper than any blade." Raijin said.
"So Asar…I heard you uh, I heard you um um um, Diana bro." Raizen teased in epic basserness.
"Raizen, shut up before I kill you". I said violently. "But you forget", Raizen said "I'm already dead". "How long are you going to replenish yourself with mass amounts of bulls—t?" I asked.
"Until I die…" Raizen said as he puts on black shades.
