Sesshoumaru walked into the mist that covered the Demon forest with Rin and the two-headed oni trailing behind him. He had send Jaken back to his western palace. That little toad was getting on his nerves. He rather travelled with out his servant who tented to annoy the hell out of him. Right behind him Rin was singing one of her many infamous songs and occasionally talked to the oni who was giving her a ride on their back.
" Sasshoumaru-sama…what is this place?" Rin hopped down from her ride and grab on to the Inu youkai'e sleeve. The mist had clear out and revealing a clearing with countless small springs and bamboo posted in every one of them. Rin didn't know why but this place gave her an uneasy feeling. So she grabbed on to her Sesshoumaru-sama for extra safety purpose.
" Hn." This place is full with curses. Sesshoumaru cautiously walked on the ground and avoid touching the spring water. Why would the magic of the Demon forest's mist lead them to a cursed place? Sesshoumaru wondered on the reason why he was leaded to this cursed field. The oni had sensed the magic in this place also and trailed closely to their master.
Rin on the other hand was curious. Although this place really creep her out but seeing many clear springs was really tempting her to touch them since she really want to take a bath after a day of travelling. So she loosen her grip on the youkai's kimono and band down to touch the water. Out of the corner of his eyes, Sesshoumaru saw the human girl band down and try to touch the cursed water. He turned and tried to grab her hand before is too late.
" Rin DON'T—" Rin stopped her hand in mid air as she saw her Sesshoumaru slipped on the muddy ground and lost his balanced due to his sudden movement and fell into the---
* Splash*
---Spring.
" Sesshoumaru-sama? Are you all right?" Rin kneeled beside the spring as the Inuyoukai resurfaced the water. She asked worriedly as the taiyoukai leaning at the edge of the spring and tried to cough the unwanted water out off his mouth.
Sesshoumaru shook his head as most of the water was out of his system. He got out of the water and shook his body dry. Although this worked for his hair and tail his kimono was still too wet to wear. He took off his armour and took the dry kimono Rin had handed to him from the travel bag on the back of the oni.
As he grabbed the outer layer of his kimono he noticed that something was wrong… Then he felt it. There was something on his chest…something soft and round… He abruptly pulled his kimono opened and looked down…
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH…."
