A/N: OK the last story sucked but I promise to make this one good!
Disclaimer: I don't own Zelda. Sorry!
"Saria can I ask you something?" A boy with gold skin asked his green-haired friend.
"Sure, Gano! I'm listening"
Saria turned and faced Gano, staring into his blue eyes. He was different, and she knew he wasn't from around Hyrule Market. Saria had grown up here and didn't know of any other place...atleast she couldn't remember! She was always too afraid to ask Gano where he was from because she looked different also.
"How in the world did you make your hair green? It doesn't look like anybody else's hair" He asked staightening out his brown, torn tunic that hung loosly around his muscular body.
Saria laughed at this comment and hit him playfully.
"It is real, silly! I guess I'm just different! What about YOUR hair? No one else's is orange!"
He hit her back.
"It's real too. But I'm not from around here!" He exclaimed, looking at her.
"Really? Where else can you be from?"
She thought he was joking, so she giggled.
"I don't know, but you shouldn't laugh about it!" He replied, looking a little hurt. He jumped off the barrel where he was sitting next to her and turned away.
"Gano! I'm sorry! I didn't know! Look I could be from somewhere else too!"
She jumped off of her barrel and ran to him.
"Gotcha again!" He said looking at her devilishly. He pinned her down and tickled her. "And this time you aren't getting away!!" He said laughing. Saria shrieked and squirmed away.
"Not so fast buddy..." She called as she ran fast. Saria was a fast runner, but so was Gano She didn't run far before she sat down on her knees. Suddenly, her face turned red and she began coughing hysterically.
"No....Gano...Help...Get....medi..cine..." She gasped desperately between coughs. He nodded and quickly pulled out her red bottle of medicine. However, he had trouble getting it open and had wasted too much time. There, Saria fainted and her world turned black. Gano began crying as he looked at her hopelessly on the stones of Hyrule Market.
