All was quiet at the schoolyard in front of the school Connie goes to. At 3:45 the bell would ring and the students will race out of the building. Steven universe was more than happy to find out he was going to be able to pick up Connie from school he had plans to take her out to dinner at the crab shack (with Dr. Maheswarans approval of course) and ask her to be his girlfriend.
Lion suddenly awoke from his short nap at the sound of the school bell ringing and got ready for Connie to come and then leave with the two youth. As everyone shuffled out of the building Steven didn't see Connie make his way over to him and lion so therefore he went looking for her.
" Connie" He said in a singsong voice. He heard some giggles from around the back alley and went to check it out. Good news, he found Connie. Bad news, she was in a lip-lock with a spiky haired boy in a black-leather jacket and blue jeans. Realization hit him hard as he saw the scene that was displayed before him.
"Connie is that you"said Steven in a sad this the boy that was with Connie ran off."Steven omygosh what are you doing here! she exclaimed."I was waiting in front of the school yard to pick you up but when you didn't come out I went looking for you"."Steven I am so sorry you didn't know about my boyfrie"Boyfriend".At this point Steven sounded hurt."Connie I was going to ask you to be my GIRLFRIEND tonight and you didn't have the nerve to tell me you had a boyfriend"."Steven I am sorry".However this was not heard as Steven had already jumped through a portal on lion and the words were lost in the wind.

It was approximately 3:45 when the school bell at Dipper and Mabel Pines school bell rang officially announcing summer break.
"COME ON Dipper we have to get home and be on the bus by 4:15 if we want to get to Gravity falls in time".Screamed an over excited Mabel.
"Alright Mabel im coming".when they got home their bags were already packed(courtesy of Mom and Dad) and were ready to go.

Stanley pines was Getting ready to pick up Dipper and Mabel from the bus stop when he heard the door open to the gift shop of the mystery shack.
"Hello". The person called out. it sounded young and Stan rejoiced, as young people were easily impressioned on. plus Dipper and Mabel had just texted saying they were at least 30 minutes to make some easy money.
"HELLO there young and hopefully impressionable youth. It is I Mr. Mystery "
"Are you the owner of this shop"?said the young man. He was wearing a bright red t-shirt with a star in the middle of it with blue jeans, curly hair, and sandals.
"why yes I am".said the well dressed man
"Would you mind telling me where I am"
"Geez kid how'd you get into town without seeing the road signs. Did you just teleport to the middle of the woods".
The kid smiled sheepishly."Heh heh. I guess I wasn't paying attention"
"Well if you really want to know, your in a town called Gravity falls".Listen I'm about to close up shop. do you have anywhere to stay"?
"No, I don't"Came the embarrassed reply
"look kid im about to leave for something very how about you come with me and tomorrow I'll figure out something for your stay. Capiche?
