Disclaimer: No, I don't own Leverage. I've got the entire first season on DVD, but that's about it.

"Come on, it'll be fun!" Little Parker and her brother were standing in front of the garage. "Don't you want to try your bike?" Her brother shook his head. Parker frowned. "Why not?" "I'm scared…" He murmured softly.

Parker shook her head in disbelief. Little brothers could be this annoying sometimes. "It's just a bike." She said. "What's there to be afraid of?" Her brother turned his head away. "I could fall."

Parker shook her head, and put her hand on his shoulder. "That won't happen, I promise." She smiled at him. "You know what, how about I go with you. I could use some skating practice. He looked at her, his eyes a little wet from crying. "You would?"

She nodded. "Jup. Everything for my favorite sibling." She giggled. "That rhymes." Her brother laughed with her. "Okay, I'll try." He walked towards the bike, and waited until his sister had put on her skates. She handed her protection gear to him. "In case you do fall." He nodded. "Thanks sis, you're the best!"

Parker couldn't help but smile when he said that. He could be cute sometimes. Very annoying, but he still was her brother. "Mum, we're going skating! And I'm gonna try my new bike!" She heard her brother shout. "Will you be careful?" She heard her mother reply. Parker nodded. "Of course, we'll be home before dinner!" He shouted back, and then took his bike.

"Let's go sis!" He smiled brightly at her, and Parker smiled back. Together, they skated, and cycled, away from the house. They had a few competitions against each other, and Parker complimented him about his cycling.

When they were finished, the sun was setting. "Hurry up!" Parker shouted. "We're late." She skated home on top speed, but she slowed down when she realized her brother couldn't keep up. She stopped across the street, when she saw her brother cycling towards her.

Just before he wanted to cross the road, Parker noticed a car racing towards them. She looked at her brother, who apparently hadn't seen it.

"STOP!" She shouted. "GET OFF YOUR BIKE, NOW!" But her warnings came too late. She watched in terror as the car hit her brother on full speed, and just kept driving. She raced towards her brother, and looked around. No one seemed to have noticed the crash. "HELP!" She shouted in panic, trying to suppress her tears. "SOMEONE, HELP, PLEASE!"

A woman ran towards them and started calling 911, while parker held the lifeless body of her brother in her arms, tears rolling over her cheeks.

The days after were a blur. She had been crying a lot, and everyone pitied her for losing her brother. But she didn't want pity. She wanted her brother back, nothing more, nothing less. But she knew that wouldn't happen. He was dead, and it was all her fault. If she hadn't talked him into one more race, they wouldn't be late… If she hadn't talked him into riding that bike in the first place… Yes, it was all her fault. Which is why she didn't deserve to be pitied.

She decided she'd never cry again. It didn't solve anything, and you'll only be pitied if you do. And now, she was crying again. That stupid psychic… How could he have known all this? She had never told anyone, not a living soul. Was it really just a scam?

According to Nate, it wasn't… And she'd never understand why she couldn't just kill that psychic for it. Ah, maybe one day. At least the family had gotten its money back. Where it came from? Well, let's just say: He who looks for hidden money, shall find it. If he, is also a thief.

A/N: Okay, so this was my first deathfic. It wasn't a major character death, but still. I have no idea how Parker's lost sibling was called, and if she was an orphan already. So I decided to leave the names out. Please review! Good or bad, I'll take anything.
