He watched her fall. Holding on for his life knowing that he couldn't save her. Knowing that the seal would be eternal. Why couldn't he fall too? The coward in him kept his hands hands firmly in place as he screamed after her.

That hand, that fighting hand still gave her the chills. She would always remember holding it as he stare at the stars. Showing them all the love that he showed her. His crystal ladies. but they couldn't hold a candle to his golden pink one.

Running toward him grinning the start of a new adventure. It traveled in time as well the impossible box of blue. She ran toward him grinning of to see a new horizon.

She had messed up. Trying to save her Dad had been a stupid mistake. She wanted to tell him that she was sorry, that she would never do it again, but she had too much Tyler in her to apologize.

He saw the doubt in her eyes. He knew that he should have warned her. But he was still the Doctor, wasn't he. That's all he needed to prove that he could still save the world, that he could do it without a single weapon and that he he could still run just as fast.

Walking together towards her home talking of their adventures never suspecting the sorrow that was waiting for them. The sorrow hidden behind that wall of white.

He gave her a gift. Him. The meta crisis was now hers and there would be no complications. Right? He was giving her a new life with someone who could always be there and then he left.

She stood there on the beach for the second time as he faded. But then she looked at the meta-crisis and took his hand. She was finally home again. She had lost a Doctor but she was glad that she had another by her side.
