A/N: I think these two are really cute together, so I tried to write something about them (emphasis on tried). Please review! :)

Sai was sitting in a flower field. Why was he sitting in a flower field? Well he wasn't completely sure, but he was rather enjoying it.

He remembered that he was out with Naruto, Sakura, and a number of their friends last night. Sakura was explaining to Ino how Sai seemed to know nothing about how "normal" people acted. (When Sai thought about how Sakura acted, he wasn't sure if he wanted to be normal.) Ino had scooted up very close to Sai and cupped her hands around his ear.

"Sai-san," she whispered. "I could teach you about normal people things if you want."

Her nearness had made his cheeks warm. He didn't quite understand what was happening, but he managed to say a few words.

"That'd be nice," he replied, moving a few inches away from the beautiful blonde.

"I'll see you tomorrow morning, in our store," she winked.

The next morning he had gone to the Yamanaka's flower store to meet Ino. She had smiled in greeting, taken his hand, and led him to this flower field.

Now he was sitting there in that flower field with her, not quite hearing what the girl next to was saying.

"Sai-san!" Ino whined. "Are you listening? If you're bored of what people eat, then why don't we move on to a more interesting topic?"

"Ah, okay," Sai agreed, relieved since he already ate like a normal person.

"Another thing normal people experience is love," Ino began, giggling at Sai's confused expression.

"I'm not sure what that is," Sai admitted. "I've heard it's a feeling that makes you happier than anything and that you only want to be with that person. I've also heard that it's silly and makes you want to kill. This is all what I've read in books of course, there are many about love."

"Look Sai-san, there are two kinds of love," Ino explained. "There's love for your family and friends, which you should already know because of your brother, Naruto, and maybe even forehead girl. The more important one which I will teach you about is love for just one person, when you are literally in love."

"Okay," Sai nodded, opening a notebook to take notes.

"When you are in love," Ino continued, beginning to blush. "That person is constantly only your mind, and they're the only thing you can think about. When they're near, you get a warm feeling inside of you and your stomach feels like there are butterflies flying around inside of it. Sometimes, you blush and can't talk properly. When you love someone, you want to give them kisses, meaning that your lips touch. Well those are my experiences anyway…"

Sai knew these feelings all too well. Every time he saw her, he felt like his tongue had twisted into knots and that the contents of his stomach were going to spill out. He thought that maybe he was just scared of her, but then again, Sakura scared him, and he didn't feel this way around her. The way that her hair fell lightly onto her purple clothes was perfection itself, he thought. She was poised, beautiful, and talented. She was no weakling, but he was definitely not scared of her. This feeling she was speaking of was exactly what he felt when he looked at her.

He quickly pressed his lips against hers, enjoying the flowery taste she left behind.

"Sai-san, what was that for?" Ino looked down, feeling shy.

"You said those are things to give to people you love," he replied simply, tilting her chin up just in time to see the crimson settle in her cheeks.
