Prologue: The World Already Exists Upon Deceit

In the year 2002, Japan, Korea, and China formed the International Governmental Organization, as a multinational force to maintain peace the ideals that had been developed for this new era of the world.

It is a sad but true fact that the Asian countries seem exceptionally incapable of forming governmental structures that actually function.

The International Governmental Organization (IGO for short) was a bureaucratic police force, employing armed forces and strict laws to ensure that the Utopian ideals it served would become reality. The inborn nature of people is to rebel, but there is also an innate need for leadership and guidance, and IGO would suppress the harmful, former nature, and satisfy the latter need.

Communism had failed because the ordinary citizen cannot be trusted to think well of all people. Leadership is necessary because people will always look for a ruler, someone to guide and lead them. Autocracy and tyranny put down and tread over the people, and thus fail because they spark the restless rebellious nature in the hearts of the people.

They must achieve a medium path, the true path to peace and Utopia.

But as they said, the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.

For human nature is not so easily changed.
