I was listening to Pandora on my phone while working on Chapter 7 of The Boy She Left Behind, The Girl She Broke, and out of a sudden this song pops up and I instantly was like I have to write about Jackie and Hyde to this, 'I Don't Dance' Was Born.

"I'll Never Settle Down.

That's what I always thought"

Are you kidding me? I'm Steven James Hyde III.

I Don't think about the future, let alone who will be in my future.

Man, I got my Afro, my side burns and my shades.

I'm alright.

I'm good.

"yeah, I was that kind of man.

Just ask anyone"

You could ask anyone, they'll tell you just about the same thing.

I'm all for a sure thing. Something that's easy and I don't have to work at.

Because, what easy thing do you have to work for?

"I Don't Dance but here I am spinning you

round and round in circles.

It Ain't my style, but I don't care"

Yet, here I am Dancing.

Man, I hate dancing.

This is hell, well the lame part anyway

where all those lame ass accountants live.

"It Ain't my style, but I don't care.

I'd do anything for you, anywhere"

When it comes down to it, I don't care about much about this world.

I don't even care about many people.

Except the girl making me dance.

She pretty much is the reason I am sorta happy.

I'd kill anyone if someone found out though.

"Guess You Have Me In The Palm Of Your Hand.

Cause I Don't Dance"

I'm not that easy to convince especially when she wants to do two things, like Holidays and dancing or some shit like that. But does that girl know how to get her way. With that little pout of hers, her lip sticking out the way it does. I can't help but tell her that we can do that.

She's Jackie.
She has me wrapped around her finger,

just don't tell her that.

She'll never let me live that down.

Just like that first time he called her his girlfriend.

Until Jackie love has never gone my way.

It was always easy, one night stands

never knowing the girl's name at the end of the night.

He didn't mind.

That was until Jackie.

He'd do anything for her.

Even Dance, he hated dancing.

But, he didn't hate her.

Hell, some might say.

He even liked her.

I didn't use the whole song by Lee Bruce called " I Don't Dance" but I thought it was the perfect way to end this song fic.

Pandora has it's way of finding me stuff to write even when I am already writing for the Boy She Left Behind, The Girl He Broke.
