Sara x Jareth the goblin king
The crazy stairs scene.
J- "wait! sara look what I'm offering you. I'll give everything you want"
S- "I don't want your gift goblin king. Lets make a deal"
J- "Hmm, what do you want?" S-" A trade. Me for Toby."
Jareth walks around her a bit puzzled. He stares at her for a moment.
J- "interesting, you would stay here in place of a baby? Why?"
Confused herself Sara could not look him in the eyes. S- "I hav-ve my reasons just take him back."
J-"Very well go down to my throne room & wait for me there." Head held hung she walked over to Toby said her goodbye's & left. When she arrived her friends were waiting for her to call. Everyone-" Sara! Is everything over?"
S-"Yes everything is over & Toby will go home but I must stay here."
Hoggle- "Why Sara?"
S-"I made a deal with the king. Toby goes while I stay."
H-"Sara! Now you'll be his slave forever! Why did you make a deal with him, why?"
S-"Because I- I think I'm in love with him. Besides this is were I belong with you guys."
H-"Bu-" Just then Jareth flew in & appeared in front of Sara. They stared into each others eyes for a few minutes until Sara blushed & looked away. The goblin king looked surprised & sat down on his thrown. " Everyone out but Sara I need to speak with her."
H-"Bye Sara be careful" S-"Bye Hoggle." As soon as everyone left Jareth stood up & startled to chuckle a sarcastic chuckle. "Whats so funny?" "Well sara your now my prisoner & yet you don't seem terrified, why?"
Sara stood silent then finally confessed "I'm not quite sure, I started to feel at home when I came here but when I met you I couldn't think straight anymore. I don't know what I'm feeling but its anything but scared." After that Sara ran out of the castle leaving the king without a word to say. She ran until she saw Sir Didymus. "Ah fair maiden what troublest thou now?" "Oh didymus, I'm so confused. I can't think straight every time I look at the goblin king. What should I do?" "Well my dear all I can say is that the answer to your question lies is your heart not your head. Now I'm off to the bridge. I have a jib ya' know" "Thxs Sir Didymus." As didymus left sara decided to walk around but after awhile of walking she found herself lost in the forest near the bog of eternal stench.
"No I was just here. I'm even more lost than when I was in the maze!" Sara grew tired & finally gave up. Just as she was falling asleep Jareth appeared. "The forest is not a safe place to take a nap especially since its getting dark. You can stay at my castle anyway I'm throwing a ball tomorrow night & your going no buts. So come on."
