Lily Evans sat staring out the window of the Hogwarts Express. It was her last year at the school where she had spent practically seven years of her life.

She had been sitting there for who knows how long when her friend called out her name. Having been in a daze, it took her friend a few minutes to actually catch her attention.

"Lils," she began, "Lily. Lily! LILY!"

"Huh, what," Lily wondered aloud as she was startled out of her stupor.

"We're almost at Hogwarts, Lils."

"Oh ok. I guess I should go get changed then."

"Yea, mate, that would be a good idea.

"How far away are we, do you think?"

"About twenty minutes, I suppose."

"Alright, then I'll get going. See you in a bit."

Lily practically ran down the hallway, hoping that if she hurried, she could get the bathrooms fast enough and wouldn't be too late getting off the train.

Lily was stopped by an agitating voice yelling, "Evans!" down the corridor where she was running. Maybe if I just ignore the him, then he'll just stop yelling, she thought as she ran faster.

Even though she had been running faster than before she could still hear the voice yelling her name and footsteps coming closer. She never was a very fast runner, so she slowed to a walk and turned around.

"What Potter?"

"Well, I was just wondering, er…Can you tie my tie for me?"

"You can't tie your own tie?"

"Obviously not, seeing as I'm asking you to do it," he said, slightly scowling.

"Fine, but Potter, this does not mean I'm being nice."

"Why of course, Lily Flower," his attitude changing instantly.

Lily frowned as she tied his tie. She wasn't going to have enough time to get changed and she'd have to get changed in the carriage. What fun, she thought, changing in a moving vehicle. It wasn't exactly the most fun thing to do, and it was all Potter's fault.

Just when she was about to turn around, the train came to an abrupt halt and she crashed into Potter.

Lily landed on top of him and spluttered, "Oh, uh, er." Wow, Lily she thought to herself, don't make him think you're some fan girl that fawns over him. It's Potter for crap's sake.

And at that thought, she stood up and walked away. She was going to have to get changed in the stupid carriage and it was all Potter's fault.
