*Mid-Childa Calendar 0065 (Six and a half months after the jewel seed incident)*

"Aw shit. This is gonna hurt!" muttered a girl with blond hair. What she was referring to was a huge beam heading towards the top of the building she was sniping from. 2 seconds later the top of the building was in pieces with the girl nowhere to be seen.

*Flashback 4 months ago*

"You don't look too good Fate," said a concerned Arf. "I'm fine Arf, just a headache," replied Fate. "Are you sure you want to go through this?" "Yes, I'm sure." "Don't stress yourself out too much ok."

Walking through the corridors of a courthouse they come in front of double doors, the room number reading 305. "Well... here it is..." "Are you sure you are ok doing this Fate?" "Yes Arf, I'll be fine, stop worrying so much." "I can't help it. You are going on trial for what you have done for Precia." Opening the doors, Fate replied while smiling, "Yes I know. It'll be fine." "I hope you're right Fate... I hope you are right..," whispered Arf as Fate continued walking through the doors into the courtroom.

Hushed whispers can be heard throughout the courtroom as Fate is led to the defendant's podium. A few moments later the bailiff calls out, "All rise. The Court of TSAB is now in session. Honorable Judge McGrawl presiding." Seconds later a middle aged man wearing a black robe with gold strips along the arms sits down at the judges' bench. "We shall now begin the criminal case #17395602, Fate Testarossa. Prosecutor, your opening statement."

Nothing, blissful nothing. That's all I could feel, all I could hear, all I could see. I stay like this for what seems to be hours? Days? Months? It's hard to tell. Soon enough, stray thoughts started to flood my mind, disrupting the peace. How did I get here? What happened? Where am I? As more stray thoughts cloud my mind, I fail to notice the growing white dot in the distance.

"Miss Testarossa. Are you feeling alright?", the judge asked. "Y-yes. I'm fine. Just a bit nervous, is all," replied Fate. As soon as those words left her mouth though, everyone knew she was not alright. If her clutching her chest and slightly glowing was any indication. Going down on her knees, grunting as if being stabbed, the glow became brighter. "Fate!", yelled Arf, worried for her master while running towards her. Suddenly the glow became an intense blinding light, which as suddenly as it came, disappeared. "Medic!", yelled the bailiff. "What is going on here!?", yelled the judge.

Pain. The dull, aching, throbbing pain that comes with a headache. Groaning awake I open my eyes to see a white tiled ceiling. To my right a bed with someone in it that I could not make out due to the curtain that only let me see the bottom half of the bed. Beyond that a window that was filtering in light from outside. "Fuck, my head...", I muttered, rubbing it while sitting up. Heart monitor beeping next to me, letting me know that, yes, I am infact alive. Grasping the wires connected to my chest and yanking them off, heart monitor flatlining, along with carefully extracting the IV drip, shuddering at the needle. Shifting myself to get off the bed, I failed to notice the changes. For one, Why the hell is this bed so damn high?! Walking towards the window to peer outside, I glance to my left to see a mirror. Staring back at me was someone that I did not recognize. What the? Now being nearsighted does suck sometimes, at least I can recognize that, yes, that is me in the mirror. Walking closer to the mirror, the image began to clear up. Blond hair down to the knees and brownish hazel eyes of a child wearing nothing but a plain white hospital gown stared in disbelief at me. "What the FUCK!", I yelled. As if hearing me, a nurse and doctor bursted in the room. All of us staring in shock at each other.
