566:Donna meets Cloak and Dagger

The collapse of an oil rig in New Orleans owned by Roxxon causes two teenagers to become unlikely friends. Tandy, from a very wealthy upbringing, and Ty, a boy from Boston who has a stutter. As runaways, the two teens are targeted by the law on the streets of New York City. Now Donna Solo must help them use their powers wisely.

Donna was working on her latest design based on ballet and hip hop. She called it, "Cloak N Dagger", "Nicely done" Mrs. Banner smiled, "Perfect names for our new superheroes."

"Superheroes?" Donna asked.

"I want you two meet someone," Mrs. Banner said as she took them to her office.

In her office, she meets a southern belle with medium blonde hair and a black boy, "This is Tandy Bowen" Mrs. Banner said as she showed the southern belle, "Her late father, "Nathan" was an employee at Roxxon Gulf"

"That's the company that uses nuclear energy in New Orleans," Donna recalled,

"And this is, "Ty Joseph" Mrs. Banner said as she showed the boy, "He and his brother were both thieves."

"So what brings them to the company," asked Donna.

"This whole thing started when we were 8 years old" Tandy explained, "My father picked me up from ballet class. We were coming across Roxxon Gulf platform to pick up some important files he forgot."

"What about Ty," asked Donna

"My big brother, "Billy" and I grew up poor" Ty explained, "Mom and Dad were both constantly working late to provide extra money, so we thought we could earn more by stealing. We were both robbing TRG of their goods when we saw a policeman catching us. It was there that he acidentally shot a nuclear container behind them. Billy died, but I managed to survive."

"Daddy and I came in to see what going on." Tandy replied, "He told me not to touch the radioactive boys, but they needed help. As I touched Ty, I felt something."

"After I passed out, we were sent to the hospital" Ty replied, "That's when the doctors told Tandy that her pops were shot dead, no one knew who killed him."

"During the funeral for both Billy and Nathan," Tandy finished, "Ty and I realized that they make a perfect team together. So we ran away to a runaway home on the outskirts of New Orleans so we can avoid my mother, who had a grudge against poor people."

"Last week" Mrs. Banner explained, "The NSA was going werewolf attacks when we came across these two. Doing a little Robin Hood charade."

Donna began to wonder what were their powers. Tandy showed beams of light, then changed them into daggers. Ty teleported from one place to another and showed dark bolts, "Your powers remind me of my parents" Donna replied, "Mom uses the Force for The Light, Daddy used the powers for The Dark."

Donna vowed to help the two of them become superheroes and to keep them away from anyone involving the night of the explosion. All they needed now is a new name. She remembered her Cloak N Dagger outfit and came up with the perfect names for them. "Tandy should be "Dagger" she suggested, "And Ty should be, "Cloak"

They both thought they were great names.

Meanwhile, at a police station, Officer Davis was greeted by a middle-aged man. "Detective Connors," he said, "Came to relocate?"

"That's right" Detective Connors replied, "I've been investigating The TRG Explosion for 8 years now. Sources say that the two victims are here in New York City and I'm going to find them."

Note: Ty's last name was changed to Joseph because Johnson was the same last name as Jeremy Johnson from Phineas and Ferb.
