Lucy cried, looking at the best gift that anybody had given her for her whole life.
"I have this thingie." he said that opened a box that had the shiniest amethyst that Lucy had ever seen, "Apparently it glows when the person wearing it is near the person they love." Natsu explained. "I also read that amethysts are the birthstone for Aquarius.. so.." he smiled, patting Lucy. "in memory of Aquarius."
The fact that someone she loved had remembered her something so silly like this, a date that she herself hadn't remembered was tearjerking, "Thank you, Natsu, for this and.." the blonde grinned and gestured to the pendant, hugging him with all of her grip, "for giving me the best gift of all time;" she said, then looked up to meet his gaze, "the privilege of meeting you and the honour of getting to be in Fairy Tail." she smiled, then buried her face back into his chest. "Thank you."
