Chapter 1: Sophia's Return It's been days since I've eaten. My whole group is dead now. I miss my old one. Especially one boy, his name was Carl Grimes. His dad lead the group, and he was just about one of the toughest kids I had ever seen. I missed my mother too, a lot. I didn't have a clue where I was going, wherever the meals were I was. That's how it was with my other group. We had about 20 at one point. Then a horde of walkers came through. My whole group was dead. Only me, a lady about 30 years old and her husband remained. One day she killed him, she said she was curious about the walkers and wanted to see what the change looked like. I couldn't with someone like that. I killed her. I shot her in the head. I walked out of the woods into a clearing and saw a pile of debris and tires. There were walls as well. I looked up and saw a big black man and a petite women with a little lighter skin and really poofy hair. "I got this one", I heard the lady say. "No, please don't shoot me, I'm not one of them", I cried, I almost regretted it but I figured why not try and live another day. "Woah, you're just a kid", said the large black man. "How did you make it all this time alone?" said the lighter women. "I would ask you the same question but…", I said trying to evoke some humor out of them, "anyway, I just was really lucky." "Oh where are my matters? I'm Tyreese and this is my sister Sasha." "Nice to meet." "I guess we'll go introduce you to the Governor", Sasha said. "The Governor?" "He's the leader of this place. We actually don't know his real name so we just call him that." "How many people do you have here?" "70 plus", said Sasha, "we must have at least 20 kids your age. Welcome to Woodbury."
