How Truce Came Into Existence

Rachel Dawes was in labor with a child a year after she was married to the wealthiest man in Gotham, Bruce Wayne. The child was named Truce. Though, they were married they hid the child from the eyes of the whole world. One month after Truce was born, they decided to change their daughters last name to Waya, but keep their last names the same. After half of a year, Rachel cheated on Bruce, with the man named Harvey Dent, and left presumably dead. Bruce Let Alfred take care of Truce. They kept Truce in an attic away from the society, and her attic/room is black with ultraviolet lightning.
