This is a simple story, taking place in simple places, with simple people motivated by simple things...

Or so I thought.

Children in the Republic of Flavo grow up hearing stories of the revolution from years ago. Some of our elders still retain memories of the revolution from when they were children. Even so, the stories of our struggle for freedom have been twisted and turned into mere fairytales. I remember once hearing a mother tell her daughter not to be jealous of another child's toys; the mother promptly warned her child that she could end up like the fabled "Lady of Sin" if she didn't put an end to her jealousy. How demeaning! For a woman like her to be reduced to no more than a child's cautionary tale!

Since I was young, I knew there had to be more to her tale than just a simple moral. The revolution taught to us as children couldn't be all there was to her. Needing to know more, I spent years searching for any available information. I needed to know her whole story. You could call it an obsession, I suppose. My lust for knowledge sent me to lands beyond Flavo's borders, and it led me to meet a number of new friends and acquaintances.

In the end, I was rewarded with a story far more complex than our legends make it out to be. This account isn't simply about our Lady of Sin. Her actions touched many lives and to ignore those lives would be an injustice to them, and to you.

So here I stand, my life's work poured out for you. I do hope you enjoy it, my friends.

A.N.

So I got the inspiration for this while listening to Enn's dub of Bystander. I've always wanted to do something related to the Evil Series, and what better than to write it out? I hope you guys enjoy this, and I hope to have the first chapter up super quick.

And I know it's been written out before, and in much grander ways, might I add, but I hope that this one is okay, if not a little more user-friendly by just sticking with a few main songs. Anyways, enjoy, and hopefully I'll have more of this posted soon!
