The Copy Earth

Prologue: Draw A Circle, That's The Earth

"Draw a circle, that's the Earth, draw a circle, that's the Earth..."

This world is exactly like Earth, well I wouldn't say exactly, more like a good copy. There were some flaws, but you would have to look very closely to see them. Like the people, they were a perfect example of the flaws, they were too happy. I mean, being happy isn't a bad thing, but smiling 24/7 is a little scary. The technology too, it was set way back, they had phones, but only old ones with the little dile that you had to move to get the numbers of the phone number you were calling. The weather was another flaw, it was always sunny, large cottonball clouds floated along, the sun shone bright .day. It just wasn't right.

The people who lived on the copy Earth didn't know it was a copy, well I take that back, most people didn't know. Only powerful people knew and there weren't that many of them around. Though, they might not be the kind of powerful people you would expect, they were kind, gave money to charity, helped people out, and smiled 24/7 just like everyone else. The powerful people led lives of luxury, they lived in large houses, dined on fine food, had many things worth smiling about.

The ordinary people lived in nothing above a small wooden shack in quality, they worked in the fields. They fished, cleaned the powerful people's houses, they did the stuff the powerful people didn't want to and the powerful people did what the ordinary people couldn't do. And yet, through working sixteen hours a day and living in wooden shacks, they still managed to smile all the time.

There was no middle class, you were either a worker or a power and that was that. It was strange, the worker people were always perfectly suited for the job they did, it was almost scary how good they were. And there was no sickness, no disease, no defects, everyone was absolutely perfect. Nobody wronged anyone, nobody stole, crimes were unheard of. One other thing was strange about this Earth, there was never a particular bond between a husband and wife or a husband and husband or a wife and a wife, nor was there a particular bond between parents and children, everyone gained equal love from everyone.

Now that you have that information on the copy Earth, we can begin the story. It starts, here with a simple boy who wasn't quite like everyone else and payed dearly for it. You'll soon find out this 'perfect' copy Earth isn't all it seems.
