Rescue

and i know this one says its not personal, but it is. i wrote it thinking about how i would have liked someone to come to the rescue when i was hurting myself. so it is personal. and dont be afraid to talk to me, ever. im always here 2 listen. :

This is also about the 'To Write Love on Her Arms', but it's more about how a friend comes and saves the day. It might be slightly corny.

My Friend to the Rescue

The knife is in my hand

I think back to where it all began

A little girl being hit over and over again

A small tear sliding down her face

Is the same one on mine today

Right over the crucial vein

Just about to end the pain

Then the door bursts open

And in walks in, my best friend, crying again

She takes the knife

And throws it on the floor

She wraps her arms around me

And says "Don't you ever do that again!"
