In the Moonlight

As I sit in my tree and watch the moon

I wonder if they care about me

My heart burns as I remember

She shot the arrow at me without a doubt

I wonder if she even cared after that moment

I sigh and remember the other one

The one who set me free

She is always there for me

Sure she sometimes screams, "sit"

And when you get on her bad side, it's not pretty

But she's usually sweet, nice

And can always make you feel better

Having her around

Seeing her smile

Always makes me at ease

Seeing the other one with me made her heart break

That's why I have to pick one

My first love, or a new one.
