A/N - More of my hatred toward Barbara Gordon. The horrible thing is, and I must admit, while writing this I kept accidentally putting Grayson after Barbara instead of Gordon. Kill me now! Blah.

Chapter One - Losing A Fight

Barbara Gordon. I scowled and continued to drench the shampoo suds out of my auburn hair.

How I disliked her name. How I disliked the fact that for almost one week now, she had decided to take up residence in our tower, she had decided to tag along with us on missions, even move her own belongings into our living quarters. But the thing that I dislike most, the thing that made me wish to subject her to the treacherous beings who dwell on Snub 'klar Prime, is the way she has made it utterly clear to me ... that Robin is now hers.

It all happened so quickly that I'm still not sure this whole event is not all one big dream, or rather nightmare I am experiencing in a state of deep sleep. It seemed to me that on Monday, everything was going perfectly well. And then (perhaps as I slept) Barbara Gordon crept her way into my life like some sort of virus, and was waiting for me in our common room on the Tuesday morning to infect me.

Then again, she infected everyone. Beastboy and Cyborg found her to be very likable once they had established an understanding with her that the Dish-duty Roster was to begin with her and she was to have the first week. Raven even seemed to be entranced by her, becoming very interested in her tales of life in Gotham City.

And Robin...it was very clear to me that I wasn't even a thought in his mind when he seemed to have no trouble whatsoever in hugging Barbara tightly around the waist and planting a more than friendly kiss on her cheek.

Of cause I cleared the thought immediately of anything between them existing, only thinking the best of Barbara and always open to the possibility of making new friends.

I wish now that I hadn't been the only one who reacted to the Barbara virus.

Flashback.

"I can't believe it's really you." She grinned and placed a soft hand on the side of his cheek, edging herself closer to him all the while. "It's been far too long and I've so much to tell you."

Robin smiled very smugly at her and let her hand remain in contact with his face. I observed them very closely from the doorway, not quite understanding what was going on.

"It has been." Robin replied softly to her in a tone I had never heard before.

I raised my small eyebrows to them both and on behalf of the rest of our confused looking team (and myself) I stepped forward and blurted out the first thing I could think of.

"Robin? This girl is...your sister? Yes?"

I received a very blank stare from the short red haired girl, and a disapproving noise from Robin.

"Starfire, this is...Barbara. Barbara Gordon." He replied to me, as if the whole world knew and I was left out of the loop. I immediately blushed and slunk away back to the door again. It was one thing to recieve that tone from Beastboy and Cyborg, and I ALWAYS heard it from Raven when she was explaining things I wasn't sure even she understood, but Robin was my friend. Robin was supposed to be the one who took the time to help me understand.

And I really didn't understand at all.

A/N - Sorry it's so short. And It seems to be a triangle again. Are they the only things I can write? Probably.... -_-" Review or I'll eat more than your nose this time.
