Dear Lily, I'm a teacher in Hogwarts now and Dumbledore sends his love. Why aren't you replying any of my letters? Don't you miss me? If you do, please reply back and as soon as possible. I may be running out of time. Please be safe. I heard You-Know-Who is back and I have a feeling he'll make you a target. Be careful, Lily. I like teaching Potions Class, the children are very wonderful. They answer all my questions and they are truly excited to learn something new. Did I mention that I'm head of Slytherin House too? Well, I couldn't be more proud of my students. It's a pity we weren't in the same house but I think you are destined to be in Gryffindor. You are a fine lady too. Please reply soon, I am waiting. I love you, always.
I miss you. I miss the laughs we had and the time when you nearly failed Potions Class and it took me 3 hours to stop you from crying and helping you study. You aced the test though. You're smart but easily stressed out. How are you, my love? Is it wonderful where you are?
Severus
He folded the letter and realized what he just wrote. He opened the letter again and re-read everything. Tears slid down his face as he realized what he just did. He must've been daydreaming again. He knew, of course he knew, he was at the house after the incident. Snape shred the paper into pieces and placed his head on his hands. He cried silently for he knows no matter how much he wrote, he can't bring Lily back. She died, 10 years ago in an incident. She died and will never come back.
'She's in your heart.'
Snape straightened up and wiped his tears. He looked up and whispered, "Wait for me, Lily. I love you. Always."
