Author note: I wrote this short drabble while lisening to Lilo & stitch music and this is from Rex's point of view. Rex is about 17 in this drabble.
Nothing but the sunshine, the beach and a course a few good friends along to relax with. Here I sit under a beach umbrella staring out into the beautiful crystal clear water before my attention was diverted to watching two of my friends bury the other in the sand which I found funny due that they were putting shells on the top to form the word sissy. I found myself staring back out to the water until I spotted a familiar figure in the distance.. the man in my life.. my lover came out of the Crystal clear water with his surf board which he planted in the sand before walking over. I smirked gently fetching him a soda as he plopped down beside me on the beach blanket looked exhausted but also happy. I was a bit surprised when he suddenly gathered me into his strong arms and place a soft chastising kiss upon my lips only pulling away when we both desperately needed some air and after we both caught are breath he spoke in that sweet but sexy voice.
"Rex this was the best idea since you left Providence…"
I just smiled and settled myself upon his lap facing towards him even though his dark blue swim trunks were wet right now I only cared about me and him even with the noise of the others in the background. I suddenly found my own soft cinnamon brown eyes staring into his ruby red eyes which I saw were filled with so much love that it made me want him to gather me up and take me right here on the beach but we both knew better then that so instead we just cuddled my left hand going through his black hair with grey streaks in it and my right hand was touching every inch of his ash grey skin thanking the heavens he had already gathered enough nanites to last till we returned home. I let out a soft happy sigh and snuggled into my lover chest content on watching the beautiful Hawaiian sunset of in the distance…
